I the stay was nice quiet relaxing and wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The food was amazing. The Starbucks was just a highlight. Close to everything. Nothing to complain about. And they are pet friendly. Hard to come by and we appreciate all of it.

I been to the hotel before last time I stay I got free breakfast so when I first check in I asked the front is there still free breakfast for the morning and he said yes 6-10am but when I tried to get breakfast this morning a lady told me it’s not free.

If I could give this hotel is zero star I would in second. Was going to Disney with my family and upon check-in we put all of our bags in our room and went into the bathroom and found a feminine product used and on the ground next to the toilet when I say that I almost threw up, it’s no joke. immediately went down to the front desk and they would not upgrade me for any of my troubles. They would not do anything extra to say they were sorry all they would do is switch rooms. So then I wanted to talk to the manager of course because that’s not OK we spent, a lot of money to stay there and for several nights so then I talked to the head manager of the whole hotel and he offered me free breakfast and waved one of my parking fee and I was just so upset and I said well that’s fine. I’ll just leave a review and when I said I was gonna leave a review he then threatened to cancel my reservation because , I was threatening him to leave a bad review. Do not stay at this hotel do not waste your money. Staff is absolutely horrible and management is the worst. Read less

This location was one of the worst , No house keeping done after I requested it , They made up 1 bed and maybe they had an emergency because they left their cleaning supplies in the room and and did no cleaning

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is the second time staying here and I had the same experience the first time with a different set of people. That shows this is just the culture at this hotel, great staff. My family and I will come back again.
