Where is it

On World Center Drive in Lake Buena Vista. A 5-minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort, and 15 minutes to Universal Studios. Transfer time from Orlando International Airport: 20 minutes.

1335 suites, all with air conditioning, HDTV in both the bedroom and living room, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee maker, USB charging stations, complimentary WiFi access, safe, iron and ironing board, and bathroom amenities. 

One Bedroom Suites feature a separate living room with sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child. 

Pool View Suites feature a separate living room with pull out sofa bed, and bedroom with 2 queen-size beds overlooking the pool area, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child.  

2 Bedroom Apartments feature a king room and a double queen room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, 3 HD TV's, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Room was not ready, poor customer service, tired and dated rooms. 2 star hotel at best, but they advertise themselves as much nicer. Will not apologize for things that are their fault and blame customers. So many better options in the Orlando area!

We were not told about the 500 dollar deposit on the room (can’t find it on the website!) got all way through the booking process and it asks you to accept them , how can you if you can’t read them before booking? Currently staying here right now. We were not told about the 500 dollar deposit on the room (can’t find it on the website!) got all way through the booking process and it asks you to accept them , how can you if you can’t read them before booking? We booked through a vendor and nothing is in any of the paper work we got from them asking for a 500 deposit which has taken a chunk of our holiday money! We have had four issues from Dirt on the floor, house keeping ignoring the don’t disturb sign we left out, being kept awake by people next door and really loud aircon unit we have hardly slept the three night we have been here already and ripped bedding, we were offered another room but the noise is just as bad in that room. Reported some issues to reception and the receptionist was rude and was basically telling me that there couldn’t possibly have been dirty on the floor every room is checked before guests come in! So basically made out to be a liar! 🤥 bed sheet issue took two visits to reception to get it sorted. Housekeeping today ignored the don’t disturb sign on the door and went in our room anyway. Spoke with a couple of other guests today who also have had issues and have been treated like they were lying when they have approached reception as well and have not been offered any type of compensation. We are ready for leaving the hotel and abandoning our vacation because we are not sure we can carry on with the lack of sleep we are getting. I find it odd that they have amenities available yet some of the reception staff have no idea about them such as the fishing lake or where to get the equipment to fish . Read less

My family and I have stayed at Caribe Royal twice. Had a great experience both times. The location is great, close to almost anything you'd want to do in Orlando. Caribe Royal has plenty to do, even don't feel like going out. Plenty of options for food and play! Great for family fun!

We loved the restaurant offerings and loved the food at the Stadium Club and Calypso Bar and grill by the pool. The pool was amazing and relaxing. The rooms are large and well appointed. The grounds are well maintained. We are thinking about making this location an annual vacation because it is close to the theme parks and it's a nice place to just relax by the pool. Read less
