Getting Around

Complimentary scheduled transportation to the four major Disney Theme Parks: Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®. Buses run twice per hour to and from Magic Kingdom® Park, and once per hour to and from the other 3 parks. Overnight valet parking available $38 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Capa Restaurant (Spanish Steakhouse, open for dinner), Ravello (Italian cuisine, open for breakfast and dinner), the PB&G (Southern Florida Fayre cuisine, all-day menu) and Plancha (Cuban American cuisine, all-day menu). 2 bars: The Lobby bar (open for dinner and cocktails until midnight), Capa Bar (rooftop cocktail bar). Lickety-Split (savoury quick bites throughout the day). 24-hour room service*.

Adults-only swimming pool and whirlpool. 3 Har-Tru tennis courts (lessons and racquet hire*). 24-hour fitness centre with cardio equipment, free weights, Yoga, steam room and whirlpool. Spa* at Four Seasons with 18 treatment rooms. Explorer Island family entertainment zone with zero entry family pool, splash zone, lazy river, 2 water slides and a rock-climbing wall. Kids For All Seasons complimentary kids' club (age 4-12). 'The Mansion' has 'beach' volleyball, basketball, outdoor table tennis, pool tables and bocce ball. Tom Fazio designed par-71 Tranquillo Golf Club.

Please note: the area surrounding the Explorer Family Pool will undergo enhancements between Jan '23 - Jun' 23, Seating at the Explorer Pool may be reduced over the coming months. While the noise from the project may impact the pool area, the remainder of our 5-acre water park, including the adult only pool, expansive lazy river with separate cove pool, splash pad, water slides and other seating areas will remain available with minimal disruption. The Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, Golf Course, Tennis, Disney Character experience and 5 of our 6 restaurants will not be impacted.

Disappointing compared to past stays

My wife and I along with the kids have stayed there a handful of times. We have had awesome experiences with the exception of the most recent. During our previous stays we have had excellent experiences- from a customer service standpoint, to the cleanliness and overall enjoyment of a vacation. However, on our last stay we overall were quite disappointed with the trip there as a whole. Given it was a 4th of July holiday and quite busy, it was expected that it wouldn't be as much laid back as a typical trip. There were several issues we had. Probably the biggest one was my 10 year old son finding what appeared to be a bag of what looked like drugs in the hallway on the floor we were staying. He asked what it was and I told him it was garbage. At this point I was concerned not only for my son seeing that, but for that to be in the hotel with alot of young children around is not okay. I wanted to address this however I brought my 3 kids by myself on the trip and flushed it down the toilet. They should have someone checking floors periodically. When we were at the pool, especially on Monday and Tuesday which were our last days, we were not checked up on to order and I often had to go to an employee to ask for service. Our room was not as clean as it has been in the past and I took a picture of what looked like a roach in the shower. All in all, I felt our last stay that the Four Seasons took a turn for the worse. When we would call the front desk or room service, we would immediately be put on hold with no one answering to ask us to hold for long periods at a time. After our stay, I had reached out to voice my frustration and disappointment without my kids knowing because I didn't want them to think I was complaining and putting a damper on the energy. Im not one to complain but Given we spent around 3k per day for 5 days I felt it's necessary. It wasn't worth it this time. I just feel like I was not satisfied for the money and time we spent coming with the intention on having as good of a time as a previous trip. Read less

Waiting for steak in restaurant on first floor, more than 1 hour. Shuttles to Disney go very rarely. There is no shuttles for US. No way to buy tickets to US… Read more

Management try to take advantage on my family, and actually did, who does not speak very good English by adding a lot of “extra” in folio. After investigation they remove some of them. But not everything. Very dissatisfying! This hotel can not be inside the beautiful and awesome family Four season. Shame hotel! Read less

Lack of consideration in altering the length of stay

After notifying the hotel 4 days in advance that I would have to reduce my stay from 10 nights to 9 they informed me that I would be charged for the 10th night anyway. I extended my stay with this hotel weeks in advance of arrival. After notifying the hotel 4 days in advance that I would have to reduce my stay from 10 nights to 9 they informed me that I would be charged for the 10th night anyway. I have stayed at many fine hotels across this country and Canada and have never had an issue like this. I have typically stayed with 5 star hotels such as the Williamsburg Inn and never received such discourtesy as this. Further, the accommodations and room are not of 5 star quality. I have stayed with Four Seasons hotels in past years but will never stay with one again. I would highly encourage Disney guests to book one of their hotels like The Grand Floridian. Read less

Character breakfast was good, other restaurants were also good, Capa was excellent, if the weather isn’t too humid sit out on the terrace and you get a great unobstructed view of the fireworks at both Epcot and Magic kingdom. The only place you can get that view. No surprise with it being the Four seasons brand, but some of the best service I’ve ever experienced staying here, from the bar staff, pool attendants, concierge, drivers etc. everyone was amazing and a credit to the resort.
