Disney leaders have to be the stupidest people in the park. They pick people who don’t know their job to be trainers. The trainers are prejudice if you’re not Spanish they won’t answer any questions. They continue to say that it’s heated, but it felt like ice water The service by the pool was really slow. I needed to get up multiple times to ask for things. However, the towel attendant was very fast and set up my chair quickly. The bed and shower pressure were excellent.I had a lake view room but there were no views to be had as it was on the 4th floor and covered by another building.

Truly dreadful experience as non residential guest during what was supposed to be a very special day out for my daughters and me. Booked Fpur Seasons spa treatments with good expectations. Treatments $220 each. Fill in an ipad form on arrival with check boxes on what we would like to be covered in the treatment; hand massage, foot massage, exfoliation etc. No prices beside check boxes other than 2 unusual CBD treatments which did state prices beside them. At end of short massage, approx 40 mins each in duration, not 50 mins per booking, handed bill with $300 extras added!! No extra time added but the check boxes apparently attacted $30 each desite each lasting approx 30 seconds i.e. a quick hand massage. Which are standard during a $220 full body massage. After much discussion, the spa agreed to not charge for the 'extra' treatments as the ipad was not clear that these were included as additional cost, not part of the booked treatment. Ok not great but lets go to lunch.
After a nice lunch, as soon as we sat down at the near-empty adult pool (4 guests) we were asked to leave as 1 of our daughers was 20.5 years old, even after we were advised by spa it was ok to be there for a cpuple of hours as long as no alcohol. She doesnt drink alcohol. We were then moved to a loud kids pool area as a 'special one-off arrangement'. We had arranged to be picked up later by golfing husband so no choice than to experience sitting at a kids pool feeling completely ripped off and unwelcome... for all our years of staying in 5*, this is hands down not it. Staff were all lovely, and food nice so that helped what was otherwise a sad waste of a precious vacation day. I have not written a review in many years despite being a frequent traveller. But would like the hotel and potential future visitors to learn from guest experience. >$1K down and cant wait to leave

Me Daniela and my family have been members of this property for the past 4 years and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of training provided by the FS Orlando staff. My daughters were taking homecoming photos with another FS member and their respective dates last Saturday, October 19, 2024 when a staff member basically kicked them out, ruining a moment that was important to them and that will never happen again. This is unacceptable. Treating a member who pays thousands of dollars to experience an exceptional property to be treated this way when we know that there are people who scheme and use the hotel facilities without paying anything for it is ridiculous and unacceptable. My daughters, the other member and their friends felt intimidated and saddened by this incident. I demand a personal apology from this employee to them and until then, I will not withdraw my review based on my disappointment with FS Orlando.

Favorite hotel I've stayed at so far. I still think about my stay every now and then. Every accommodation was met no matter how big or small. I liked the closeness to the parks and we could watch the fireworks from our balcony. The lazy river was cool and the other pool was never packed.
