496 rooms and Kids Suites on 6 floors with 5 lifts. All rooms have climate control, cable TV, WiFi, safe, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, iron and board and hairdryer. Standard rooms with 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite A has bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite B has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 4 children.

This is a decent hotel for vacationers who spend most of their time at Disney World or at one of the other theme parks. Not far from I 4 on a busy State Road 535 with plenty of food options. This is a decent hotel for vacationers who spend most of their time at Disney World or at one of the other theme parks. Not far from I 4 on a busy State Road 535 with plenty of food options. To get into your room you need to work your way through two security doors. Wonder why? It doesn’t feel really appealing like entering a prison block. Rooms with fridge and microwave are comfortable and clean but a bit outworn. Pool area with Tiki Bar pretty spacious. As IHG rewards member you receive a voucher for breakfast at the Applebees next door. This was very nice. Guess we’d come back when in the area but not expecting 5 star comfort. Read less

We can’t Thank Magic Dan enough for our wonderful stay. The room was clean and very comfortable and very convenient to all attractions! The staff is very pleasant and ready and willing to help. The pool area is beautiful with a nice Tiki bar to sit and relax. Thank you again, Dan!

I had forgotten my favorite sweater and called the next day. I was sure I had left it behind, but housekeeping said they hadn’t seen it. I was certain it was there, so I called multiple times on different days, but it never turned up. What really bothered me was the response from the front desk. Day 1: The guy immediately checked with housekeeping and also directed me to the lost and found website. Day 2: I couldn’t get through for 20 minutes, and when a woman finally answered, she just transferred me to housekeeping without any care. Housekeeping didn’t pick up, so I wasted about 30 minutes. Day 3: I asked if they could check with the next guest who stayed in the room to see if they found it. The front desk guy said he can support it and leave a msg to other members. Day 4: Another man at the front desk just kept saying, “If housekeeping says it’s not there, then it’s not there,” not even attempted what i have been asked before. Initially, the man who helped me with my late-night check-in and early check-out was very nice, but the daytime phone responses were very inconsistent. When I lowered my rating and gave feedback to the hotel, I received an email from someone who seemed to be the manager, but instead of an apology, I just wanted them to find my sweater. We stayed at the resort in October for a 2 week period and went to Disney World on multiple occasions. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious and sheets and towels replaced daily. The hotel had a shuttle to the disney parks which was convenient. The resort had an applebees on base where kids eat free the food was amazing and really good value for money. The highlight for my family was the pool area, Ken and Dan were the entertainment team who engaged with my children daily with games and gifts, they were both fantastic and really enhanced the holiday and stay at the hotel. Around the pool area was the tiki bar and the bar tender Lisa was also fantastic, attentive and efficient. I can't really fault the hotel at all and would definitely return. Read less
