Kids Suite A has bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite B has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 4 children.

Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Dan S you might find at the pool entertaining the children with pool games and magic. (Such a shame the lovely young man called Jesus is no longer there, as he was fantastic with the children) The housekeeping team are great and do a superb job on the rooms keeping them clean and tidy. The most comfortable beds and pillows too. There really is no need to look around at other hotels when this hotel has it all at a reasonable price ! Definitely recommend. Definitely be returning. Rafael is a very friendly Barkeeper 😃. The Sex on the Beach 🏖️ Cocktail 🍹 was very delicious 😋😃🥰. The pool bar is located next to the swimming pools😃😊. The atmosphere 😃🇺🇸 is very nice 😃. I definitely recommend the pool bar at this hotel because the background music from the pool bar is also very relaxing😃.

Housekeeping was AWESOME! Everybody stayed on point! My room was super clean!! Clean hotel, much things to do, and amazing snacks in the snack room! Staff was AMAZING!!!! Everyone at this resort had a wonderful attitude and had amazing character speaking with guests!

My wife booked a reservation for a King Suite at this location. Due to an early flight, we arrived earlier than check in and proceeded to the hotel to drop off our luggage’s with a friend that is also staying at the same hotel. The reception claimed that there was a room available near our friend’s room for convenient. We thought this was great at the time but little did we know it was an actual downgraded room. When we finally got back to the hotel for check-in after being in the summer heat. We entered into the Kid’s Suite room, which is about 2 tiers below the room we booked. We quickly went down to the reception to have ourselves switched to the proper room. However, once again we entered into a room that we did not book. After some back and forth with the receptionist. She claimed that the hotel we booked the Kid’s Suite originally and the hotel actually upgraded us to the current room. So I proceeded downstairs to the reception to show them that I have the receipts for the booking of the King’s Suite. The receptionist then handed me a copy of the booking that the hotel received on their end. As I took out my phone to take a picture of the booking confirmation on the hotel’s side, the receptionist quickly took the document from me and claimed that it’s against policy for me to have access to the booking. I found it quite strange that I could not take a picture of my own booking confirmation. So here we are after several rounds of back and forth with the receptionist. I’m stuck having to call capital one for a refund on a room I clearly booked because I ended up with the downgraded version for more money. Not something you want to have to deal with while being on vacation. Look elsewhere for better accommodation. Read less
