Weekend at Disney Springs

The hotel has aged well. Is older than Hilton Palace but has better location and the Sundial cafe is a better option than what the Hilton offers. The buffet is great too. I have stayed at both hotels and even the Wyndham is older I do prefer this one due to better location to D Springs and eating options and bar options.

I cannot even fathom who would rate this a 4 star hotel, and under what criteria? The room was small and outdated. My reservation was for 1 adult and 1 teenager and they only offered us a room with 1 queen bed and a small chair that pulled out into something even more narrow than a twin sized bed. They said if we wanted 2 beds they could “downgrade” us to the motel side with doors that open to the outside of the building. After repeatedly referring to it as a “downgrade,” we opted to stay where we were. After check in, they immediately try to get you booked to a timeshare sales pitch. Because I was traveling with my teenager, I was rudely asked if my husband was home or if I was single. The hotel room ceilings were low and the pocket door going to the bathroom was frequently jammed. They do not have any extra sheets or blankets for the “pull out chair.” The valet didn’t respond to our request for over 30 minutes and that was with no other cars needing drop off or pickup. They only nice thing about the hotel was the proximity to Disney Springs and the easy stroll to get there. I’d rate it 3 stars at best!! Read less

Only thing that could be offered would be larger size coffee. Room was clean nice and comfortable. The bell man kept our luggage safe until we returned in the afternoon of check out
