Please note: A non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) is payable on arrival $120 (for 5 bedroom), $150 (for 6 bedroom) and $200 (for 8 bedroom) (subject to change), this covers for any accidental damage up to a specified amount. A credit card will still be required for security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
Should you not want to take this option you can opt to pay a $500 (for 5 & 6 bedroom), $1000 (8 bedroom) refundable security deposit on a major credit card, the amount will be refunded on departure once the property has been checked.
