The hotel

A private community in a peaceful spot, Solterra is a great home-from-home. With fun for all ages, from kids to big kids alike, there’s a resort-style pool, fitness centre, tennis court, and a kids’ playground. And that’s all before you head into your villa or townhouse. With a private pool or plunge pool, a full kitchen and a dining area, there’s enough here that you don’t have to leave. But if you do, you’re within 12 miles of the theme parks, meaning it’s just minutes to the adrenaline-fueled fun.

Where is it

All villas are within 12 miles drive of Walt Disney World Resort. Distance from Orlando Airport: 27 miles. Distance from Tampa Airport: 70 miles.

Hotel information

A range of fully-furnished villas and townhouses all featuring air-conditioning, TV, en-suite facilities, dining room, living room, safe and either 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with an ice-maker, microwave, oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery. 

5-Bedroom Townhouses have a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite, and 4 further bedrooms. These townhouses sleep maximum 10 people.

Please note: Townhouses feature a small splash pool, whereas villas feature a private screened pool with terrace furniture. Townhouses are not fully detached properties and are smaller in size.

5-Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 4 further bedrooms, plus at least 3 additional bathrooms. These villas sleep maximum 10 people.

6-Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 5 further bedrooms, plus at least 4 additional bathrooms. These villas sleep maximum 12 people.

7-Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 6 further bedrooms, plus at least 4 additional bathrooms. These villas sleep maximum 14 people.

Club options are available exclusively to Virgin Atlantic Holidays' guests for all of the above townhouse and villa options. Club townhouses/villas include:

There is a one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee of $35 (reservations of 1-12 guests) or $45 (reservations of 13+ guests) per house in order to gain access to the amenities on-site. This fee is payable locally, and is subject to change.

Please note: The villas and townhouses shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available. 

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.

Please note: Pool Heat, Cribs and BBQ Rentals can be booked during the preregistration process 30-60 days prior to arrival.
