A random person walked into my locked room at 10:30pm claiming to be my roommates. We went downstairs and found out I was checked into the wrong room. I also had to go downstairs 3 times per day so that my key card could be reprogrammed to open my room door. The air conditioner did not work throughout the hotel, and this is in 90+ degree weather.… Read more

I also had to go downstairs 3 times per day so that my key card could be reprogrammed to open my room door. The air conditioner did not work throughout the hotel, and this is in 90+ degree weather. They didn’t discounts fact upon booking. They threatened to charge us for the fans that we used for our conference room. Read less

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was fantastic! Mari answered all my questions and was a great resource, making our experience even better. Her helpfulness truly stood out and enhanced our visit. Loved how close it is to the airport as well! Thank you!

Once I got to the room: - I immediately saw and killed a roach in the bathroom. - the towels in the bathroom were all damp - the plug for the tub kept closing so the shower wouldn’t drain - the shower head was also spraying from the side - The carpet felt moist to the touch

Can a hotel make their rooms feel any more like a hospital or nursing home. Talk about institutional feeling. There is nothing soothing or calming about the decor or the lighting in these rooms or hallways. Dear hotels, all of you, STOP using light bulbs that are overly white in temperature. Jeez, these aren’t work cubicles!

I came in on business on March 11th, 2024. The lobby looked very nice and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room I stayed in was pretty worn but it was very clean. The walls are a bit thin. I could hear the people in the room next door discuss all their personal problems. Aside from all the room issues I did not have an awful night experience. The main thing you need to be careful with this hotel is that they ask you for your license plate number if you are going to park there over night. In my case I gave the information to the lady checking me in. She typed it in the computer. It seems that there is another company, Airgarage, that manages the parking lot and they did not get the info on my license plate so I received a parking violation. I contacted the parking people, sent them the copy of the hotel bill, license plate, and all information but they were very quick to respond saying that the hotel had to contact them, not me and they could not do anything about the violation. I tried to contact the hotel several times but I have not received a call or an email back. I don't want to think that they would do this on purpose, but as it turns out I will probably have to pay the $59 parking violation as no one has contacted me yet. This is not a very professional way of running a business, specially a well known brand like Holiday Inn. I am not saying I will never stay at another Holiday Inn again, but I will definitely not stay at this property. Read less
