1,000 rooms on 7 floors in 3 buildings with 3 lifts, decorated in an 'island chic' style. All with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, on demand movies*, complimentary WiFi access, iHome clock radio with iPod docking station, coffee maker, mini-fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. Nightly turn-down service on-request. 

Standard Rooms are 335 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Waterview Rooms are 335 sq ft and have views of the lagoon pool or waterways, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

King Suites are 670 sq ft and have a separate living area with pull out sofa bed, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Royal Club Level Rooms are 335 sq ft and include exclusive club benefits (listed below), with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Jurassic World Kid's Suites are 670 sq ft and are 2-bedroom themed suites, with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the second bedroom, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Just left RP after 4 nights & we absolutely LOVED IT. Staff are very friendly & helpful & the hotel & grounds are stunning…..oh & it smells soooooo nice. Complimentary boat to/from the 2 main parks but both are also in walking distance along a lovely well-kept path….and there’s a complimentary bust to Volcano Bay from the back of the hotel. An amazing Hotel to stay in General with Great staff and amenities , cleanliness and proximity to Universal Theme parks , it’s a can’t miss , onsite has everything g including restaurants, Bars. Boat ride to parks, Gym, Theme store , Theme park Tickets , and the most important to some Unlimited Ride Pass to skip lines 🙏

One of the worst resorts in the world that we have ever stayed at. Avoid if you can, unless you only have experience with 3 star accommodation as anyone that’s experienced luxury accommodation will be very disappointed. They charge luxury prices and offer 1 star service and 3 star accommodation. We considered checking out early as the rooms are so smelly and dated. We have the king suit and although there is enough space for sleeping 4, the bathroom is tiny, old, smelly and stained. Service is so terrible I’m not sure where to start. From checking in, the lady was rude and impatient. We thought she may have had a bad day but all staff have been the same. They are tired, uninterested and appear over worked. The whole place is tired and miserable. If you’re looking at this accommodation you can afford luxury so book somewhere that gives you what you pay for. You can always catch an Uber to the theme parks and get the theme park tickets when you arrive. We got a package and definitely not worth it. Never again! Read less

Pool was out of service the entire 1st day we were there so we couldn’t get in which was disappointing since we wanted to rest by pool the 1st day. This place is pretty cool! We stayed here to get the fast pass into both parks. The hotel is a little older but clean and well kept. We loved the boat ride over to Universal walk and parks. Staff were friendly and attentive if needed. We will be back!
