Fantastic budget hotel. We stayed for 11 nights and we're delighted to be upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The hotel is brilliant - handy for Walgreens and restaurants and the pool is terrific. Food and drinks are quite pricey at the hotel but lots of options locally. We've stayed at Royal Pacific on our last three visits and it is not worth twice the price of Dockside. We bought express pass separately, in advance and saved a fortune. Will be back at Endless Summer for sure. Already looking for May. Read less

Walls are very thin. Very strange light switches. Very little outlets for charging phones but mostly difficult if you need a Cpap to sleep with. Wish person who checked us in was more helpful and it seemed like if you asked any questions they seemed almost curt and that you were bothering them. However room was clean.

We visited as a family with our two boys at the end of October. The hotel is conveniently located near Universal, I-Drive, and various retail outlets. The shuttle service to and from the theme parks was frequent and efficient, with a wait time of no more than five minutes. Our children enjoyed the pool area, table tennis, and the games room. We utilized the poolside bar and the main foyer bar; while the drinks were somewhat pricey, they were not unreasonably so. The Pineapple cider was particularly enjoyable, and having a Starbucks on-site was very convenient. Although the room was not the largest and was simply furnished, it was comfortable and well-maintained daily by the housekeeping team. Despite being on a middle floor, we did not experience significant noise, certainly no more than in other accommodations we have stayed in. The only downside was the air con being on full blast in the communal areas of the hotel, at times it was good to get outside to warm up! Finally, as someone with Coeliac disease (Celiac in the US), finding gluten-free food while traveling can be challenging. However, the on-site dining facilities were excellent, with staff who were knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The food choices were good, and the gluten-free meals were freshly prepared. I felt confident dining at the hotel and ended up eating most meals there as I genuinely enjoyed the food. If we return to Orlando in the future, we would certainly consider staying at Dockside again Read less

We had a great stay, confortable, clean, safe, good food, access to a pool and the buses that would take you directly to Universal Studios. We had to check in earlier and the room was already available. We were able to enjoy the pool and the restaurant while we waited until the sun had gone down and enjoy an evening in the parks.

Just returned from Endless summer after a 2 week holiday. We had 2 rooms booked, with the second one being a 2 bed apartment type room. The rooms are airy and bright with basic amenities for room only. The tv was great after a long day at the parks, so you can sit and chill with a movie and a beer. The hotel is in a good location to access international drive where there are some good restaurants, "I highly recommend the Black Angus Steakhouse Buffalo wings" There is also a Wallgreens 6 or 7 minute walk from the hotel to get some groceries and beers for your room fridge. A must after a long hot day, and your wallet/purse will thank you too. The free shuttle bus to the parks was brilliant and came very regularly going and returning. Unfortunately, we didn't get to do Volcano Bay as it's only open 3 or 4 days per week at this time of year, so check that itinerary if you intend to go to avoid disappointment. The I trolley is a great way to travel up and down international drive, ask the desk about tickets for a variety of day passes, if over 65 it's only 25 cents per ride too. Read less
