Common items like tooth brushes, shower caps and combs which is common for guests to need they do not even have at front desk. I asked for these took 30-40 min to even get them. 4. Tiny pool with like 7-10 umbrellas only. Over crowded severely. Literally is not enough spots for the occupancy of the place. 5. Horrible design, u have to walk 20-30 min to even get too front desk from some parts. 6. Outdated appliances which r damaged and some stuff does not work. 7. Bathrooms with low water pressure and Leaky shower heads. R villa had constant drip that u heard all night. 8. The villas have horrible fold out couch beds. For 900$ a night. 9. Porches on the standard views very dirty and we had ants everywhere. 10. The gift show food options horrible and unhealthy. 11. I waited 40 min for shower cap and 1 hr for a comb for my kids. This what they claim! A variety of transportation options throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including motorcoach, monorail and water launch services (offered at select Disney Deluxe Resort hotels) Spacious rooms that are typically larger than those at other Disney Resort hotels Concierge services to assist you with your vacation planning A wide assortment of dining experiences—including Signature Dining and Character Dining On-site recreation choices like bicycle and watercraft rentals, pools, arcades and health clubs Access to valet parking (separate fee required) Extended evening theme park hours (see details below) Read less

Parking was a huge challenge. After diving around we finally found a spot at one end of the hotel. We had to drag our bags a long way and went into the lobby entrance. Out room was at the far end of the other section of the hotel. we had to drag our bags again along an endless hallway. Our Savanna view 2 bedroom villa looked onto a small fenced in section of the Savannah. There were very few animals confined there. We didn't use the pool because the long walk to the pool and back to our room would have made us late to leave for dinner. The busses were few and far between and we were late for our reservation in Disney Springs. We called ahead and they held our table. We have stayed many times at Jambo House and love it. Kidani Village is a poor companion to Jambo house. It is a poorly designed hotel. On a positive note, the 2-bedroom villa was very comfortable and well equipped and equivalent to those in Jambo House Read less

I’ve stayed at many resorts at wdw and animal kingdom lodge Kidani is my number one favorite. The building is quiet, offers incredible views of the savanna, awesome good, great transportation, pool is top notch and daily activities. 1 bedroom villa sleeps 5 with full kitchen and two full bathrooms.
