We loved this hotel. As soon as you walk in your met by employees waiting to help check you in. The service was fantastic. The rooms were wonderful with plenty of space. Never heard any noise from either neighboring rooms or hall. There looks like there is an open lounge on bottom floor you can go sit and relax. When going to parks you don't need to bring car...You can catch the buses to whatever park you need just down a ramp off front door. Speaking of cars there is NO parking charges with this hotel which is amazing!!! I would highly recommend this resort. ***Wait till you smell how good it smells when you walk into lobby** Read less

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience my wife and I had during our one-night stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. As long-time Disney passholders, we were excited to enjoy the benefits of concierge access during our visit. However, our experience was far from what we anticipated. Before our arrival, my wife had communicated with the resort’s virtual assistant to confirm that the room we booked would have access to the concierge lounge. Upon check-in, we were informed that our room did not include this access. We requested that the staff review the chat transcripts to confirm our inquiry, and were told they would call us back with their findings. After waiting for a couple of hours without any follow-up, we returned to the resort, only to be told by Front Desk Manager Joshua that the conversation with the virtual assistant had only shown an inquiry, but no mention of concierge access. Despite our request to review the transcripts ourselves, we were denied access to them. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered a $50 credit to our room, which, given the value of the concierge lounge access, felt completely inadequate. When we expressed our frustration, Joshua responded in a robotic and dismissive manner, offering repeated apologies but no meaningful solutions to resolve the situation. As multi-year passholders and frequent Disney resort guests, this experience has left us deeply disappointed. We had expected a higher level of service and accountability from Disney, particularly as loyal guests. Regrettably, due to this experience, we have decided that we will no longer stay at Disney Resorts in the future. Joshua's lack of empathy and failure to provide an appropriate resolution significantly contributed to our frustration. Read less

Recently stayed for 3 nights with a friend to attend Food & Wine Festival. Check-in was super-easy as room info and door key were in her mobile app. Our room was sparkling clean with extremely comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. In-room refrigerator kept beverages nice and cold. The resort is huge and we would have appreciated better directional signage/maps to help us get around especially when searching for the Disney bus stops. We did note an abandoned sock near a stairwell which was not picked up by housekeeping the entire time we were at the resort. AJ at guest services was incredible in helping us with some app challenges. Read less

This is by far our favorite Disney resort. We stayed here in the tower with club level access in sept . We requested a room close to the club level area as we travel with our adult special needs daughter. They placed directly across from the door of club level !!! The CMs at club level are wonderful!!!!we have stayed here before because of how fantastic and beautiful this resort is . The club level CMs go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The food offerings are very delicious. Our room was beautiful and we could see the magic kingdom fireworks in the distance from our room. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed walking around outside . We don’t use the main pool as we prefer the quiet pool. There are plenty of good restaurants here too. The mousekeeping CMs were wonderful. They always had a special design for the towels placed on our beds . We never had an issue with the buses going to the parks. We caught one quickly every time. We can’t wait to go back in March!!! Read less

Could not be more pleased with this beautiful property or my stay. Rooms are clean, modern and include all the amenities one would need. The finishes and toiletries could be more upscale given the price point, but this is definitely meant for families and built accordingly. Service and quality throughout the resort was exactly to the wonderful standard you’d appreciate from Disney. From front desk, to the bell staff, restaurant staff and the meeting and banquets team which are top notch. A true demonstration of the Disney difference and the intangible premium feel that Disney always delivers. The location and transport offered around WDW is perfect and made the stay even easier. Loved it and would return and recommend again and again. Read less
