750 rooms and suites. All with air-conditioning, 43" flat-screen TV, telephone, alarm clock, mini-fridge, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and complimentary WiFi access. 

Standard Rooms feature 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 persons.

Pool View rooms have 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 persons. 

2-Bedroom Suites feature a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and picnic-style dining table. The first bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, and the second has 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 6 persons.

We had a great time at Surfside. We had a family room with three double beds, eating area. Not much storage but we knew that before we booked. Beds comfy. We found the sheets fine. Pool nice. Eating options good. Location great for exploring the universal / international drive area. Buses to park excellent, drivers great. We could hear noise from other rooms and children running up and down corridors, but nothing too bad and didn’t really keep us from sleeping. I suppose if you did have a loud group next to you it could be very loud! I guess we were lucky in our 10 night stay. Most of the staff were excellent . A few that were a little grumpy / unhelpful but I guess you get that everywhere. We would usually book a villa but this was a nice change and we would definitely return. Book it we are fussy and loved it! Read less

We stayed in the Endless summer surfside as a family of six. We were glad we made this choice as it was in a great location ( beside Universal and at the top end of International drive ) . The free shuttle bus to the universal parks are very frequent and we also got a 14 day international drive i-ride pass to go up and down international drive as many times as we choose ( bought separately ) . The hotel has a huge fish shaped pool with no deep area ( 4 foot ) so that young kids can swim safely all around ,and it has plenty of sun beds for relaxing. TIP. Dont bring a towel with you as they give you lots of pool towels every day for lounging around the pool. If you had to choose between the surfside hotel and the Dockside hotel as to which one you wish to stay in, the choice is simple. Dockside is more busier with more than double the guests as surfside, so if you want a quieter hotel like us then surfside is your option. I would easily stay here again and would recommend to friends. Read less

The best option for the price! They have the transportation to the parks and the tickets !! For families is very good option. The personal is very kind and the prices are very affordable. The check in and check out is very easy. Very relaxing pool.

It really didn’t bother us (2 adult women and 1 teen girl) at all. The pool was beautiful and life guarded. Towels are provided. The food is all cafeteria style but they offer everything you could possibly want, and the quality is very good. Staff is very pleasant everywhere. Our only glitch was waiting well past the 4:00 check in to get into our room. We were tired and wanted to get settled in. The only explanation we were given was it was being cleaned, but we waited close to 2 hours. They did comp our parking for the week and gave us some meal tickets which was a nice gesture and made me feel much better about everything. I would definitely go back. Read less
