Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at Gallery Restaurant during allocated meal times. Dining at other establishments will incur an additional charge.
Carbonated and non-carbonated bottled water served at all food and beverage outlets.
Tea, coffee, Americano, Espresso, Cappuccino and Cafe Latte served at Sand Bar, Huvan, Sea Breeze and Gallery Restaurant.
Soft drinks and canned fruit juices served at the Sand Bar, Pool Bar, Huvan, Sea Breeze and Gallery Restaurant. Fresh fruit juice will incur an extra charge.
House wine served at Sand Bar, Pool Bar, Huvan, Sea Breeze and Gallery Restaurant. Premium brands of wine and all sparkling wines are chargeable.
Draught beer is available from the Sand Bar, Pool Bar, Huvan, Sea Breeze and Gallery Restaurant.
House spirit (gin, vodka, rum and whiskey) is available from Sand Bar, Huvan, Sea Breeze, and Gallery Restaurant. Premium brands of spirits are available at an extra charge.
Selected cocktails and mocktails are available from Sand Bar, Pool Bar, Sea Breeze and Huvan.
Daily tea, coffee and snacks served on display are available from Sea Breeze from 15:30-17:00hrs.
All drinks are served one glass at a time.
Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks from minibar (refilled once per day on a regular schedule).
Windsurfing, canoeing and stand up paddling are included - maximum of 02 hours per person per day.
Table tennis and billiards are included.
Use of gymnasium, fitness centre, spinning step classes, steam room and sauna.
Daylight tennis facilities with equipment.
All of the above are subject to availability.

Garden Villas are conveniently located to the swimming pool and clubhouse and have 1 double bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Deluxe Beachfront Rooms have a spacious layout that’s great for families, with a living area, a bathtub in the bathroom, and twin beds or 1 double bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.

Superior Villas feature whitewashed interiors and modern furnishings, with an outdoor shower and 1 double bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Beach Villas are stylishly decorated, with direct access to the beach and an outdoor shower With 1 double bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Premium Beach Villas are duplex rooms, set a mere stroll away from your exclusive strip of beach. With ample living space on the ground floor, a large sundeck, and a modern bathroom with outdoor jetted tub. The bedroom upstairs has a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows with beach vistas. Sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.

Beach Pool Villas are modern, featuring a private infinity plunge pool looking out to sea, as well as a Cabana sun deck and outdoor shower. The bathroom features a jetted tub. With 1 double bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Water Villas are located on stilts over the water as if floating on the sea, offering privacy, seclusion, and uninterrupted ocean views. With a private infinity pool, sun deck and sun beds, direct access to the lagoon, outdoor shower, and capsule coffee machine. With 1 double bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Good Average stay

Firstly let me say that we had a really nice holiday , the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. I do hope what im about to say is not taken as criticism but more constructive as we do have some valid points. The restaurants we very busy at times due to the closure of another restaurant being refurbished, this went well , apart from there being no hand sanitiser stations anywhere , all it takes is one person to have any lurgy and the hotel may have a problem. When I asked if we could have some liquid to sanitise our hands we were told to buy it from the shop .Im a great believer in prevention rather than cure, it would not take much to have stations near the toilets and eateries,. Initially there were no signs that payment would have to be made for the BBQ however we did pay what we believe was a huge amount for two plates and a sweet, however it was 60 dollars and when we mentioned the pricing the next day we had a price of 70 dollars , typo maybe? We had a mini bar in the room , for AI we had two beers daily ,everything else was chargeable , but having paid a much larger premium for AI , one would expect more for their money . As I have said we. had an enjoyable time , please thank the gent who every night set out the bottles by the bar , it seemed a thankless task and he was always happy and cheerful, please say thanks from us both. Beautiful Bandos we can’t wait to return!

My wife and I went to Bandos for our Honeymoon in January 2023. We stayed in one of the Garden Villas, it was brilliant and had everything we needed for our stay. They are a great location right next to the pool! The staff were really friendly and attentive. They often went above and beyond to make our stay special. On my birthday they decorated our table at dinner, brought a cake out and sang happy birthday. They clearly cater well for special occasions. The reefs surround the island and were the absolute highlight of the holiday. We snorkelled everyday come rain or shine! We saw turtles, sharks, rays, seasnakes, octopuses, lion fish just too many things to name! I’d say having an underwater camera is a must! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that has a bit of a buzz, then this is a great island to choose. There are extensive facilities and good entertainment in the evenings. We had such a fabulous time we are returning in March! and we can’t wait :) Bring on the Bandos Berry Colada! Read less

A good dive base

Lovely location, staff and dive centre. We stayed 2 weeks and did 13 dives. Two house reef dives and the rest were boat based. The house reef is good to dive and good to snorkel. The boat dives were some of the best Ive done, lots of colour, manta's and sharks. The dive staff are a credit to the hotel.

We, a family of four, stayed for three nights in early November 2024. What we liked: The resort is about 10-15 minutes away from Male airport, with efficient speedboat transfers. We had booked two "Beach Villas". To our pleasant surprise, they were 'really' beach villas - villas that opened up right on the beach! The room sizes were very decent, comfortable and with open-to-sky bathrooms. Everything about the resort was just perfect. The restaurants are nice, the drinks are refreshing and the waiters are very courteous. The food could have been a little more spicy (me being Indian love spicy food), however I understand that the resort caters to a lot of European and Russian guests. Most parts of the resort are exactly like you see in their official pictures, so no worries there. The beaches are clean and the water is clear where you can see colourful fishes all around. What we didn't like: The tours which the resort arranges are best avoided. We took the glass-bottom boat-ride, which was a disaster. The corals are all dead, and you see NOTHING when you go out in the sea on this boat. The tour operator charges a hell of a lot of money. The resort should just be honest about the ride and discontinue them. We also wanted to take a Male city tour. That's only once or twice a week, and our days did not match. In summary, you are at the mercy of the tour operator and cannot take a tour even though you are willing to pay the money. All in all, if we were to go back to Maldives, we will stay at Bandos again.
