462 beautifully furnished rooms - all of which offer modern amenities, elegant design details and are located either a short walk from the sandy white shore or surrounded by the stunning turquoise hues of the Indian Ocean. All rooms feature air conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer, tea/coffee-facilities, terrace, TV, phone and WiFi.

Sun Villas are located in the heart of the island, surrounded by coconut palms and abundant green foliage. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

All-Inclusive option: includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, and afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes in the coffee shop - Beer, soft drinks and canned fruit juices served at all outlets (except coffee shop) - House wine served at the pool bar, main bar and main restaurant - Spirits (gin, vodka, rum and whisky) served at the pool bar and main bar - Selected cocktails also available at the main bar - Bottled water served in all outlets - Tea/coffee from the main restaurant and bar - Mini-bar with two cokes, two sprites and two sodas (replenished once per day) - Sports and entertainment including windsurfing (one hour per day), canoeing (one hour per day), tennis (floodlighting at an additional charge), badminton, squash, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, billiards, plus use of sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi - Snorkeling gear (complimentary for use throughout your stay) - One night-fishing excursion per stay, for guests staying a minimum of 6 nights - Dine Around: One a la carte meal per person per stay, for minimum 5 nights’ stays. Please note: meals in the hotel's à la carte restaurants will incur additional charges. Champagnes, sparkling wines, premium wines from the wine list, premium brand spirits and liqueurs, blended drinks or cocktails, espresso, cappuccino and speciality coffees, fresh fruit juices, and any drinks consumed after 1:00am or before 10:00am will also be charged locally.

Full Board includes: all meals from the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Water, coffee/tea is available - all other drinks are chargeable. Complimentary of use of land sport facilities. Floodlit tennis will be chargeable.

Lagoon Beach Villas are nestled between the lush vegetation and lead out to the lagoon, with vibrant interiors that blend with the tropical surroundings. 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Beach Villas with Whirlpool have ample space leading out to an expansive veranda, complete with private whirlpool. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas provide direct access to the lagoon from your private sundeck via your private staircase, perfect for discovering the beauty of the water and nearby colourful reefs. With 1 king size bed sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Sunset Water Villas offer stunning sunset views from your private sundeck, with a staircase providing direct lagoon access. With 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Beach Pool Villas have the pristine white beach at their doorstep, as well as generous space and a private pool and veranda. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas are larger, with the beach at their doorstep. With a private pool, veranda and whirlpool. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Two Bedroom Family Beach Villas are interconnecting deluxe beach villas and are just steps away from the lagoon. With 2 king-size beds and two extra beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Overwater Suites are the ultimate home away from home, perched over crystal clear waters. Located at the end of the jetty with spectacular panoramic views, and a private Jacuzzi. With 1 king-size bed and twin beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

We really had a great experience at villa park and the atmosphere was very vibrant and thanks to our host Sana everything went coordinated properly, we would recommend others to visit villa park for their stay in maldives and experience the best.

The best island and the best resort in Maldives

Very honest review: This place is a heaven on earth. We been here in July 2024 and weather was just perfect despite July and August are known as rainy months, it barely rains there and temp. was allways on 30*C. From clean rooms, room service and super friendly stuff you will be impressed with terrific view around you. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and filled up with bavarages and water. Our deluxe beach villa was fantastic and after we saw water villas that were also offered to us as option we were more then happy you keep our deluxe beach villa which had a private pool and plenty more room than any other villa. We had SPA for couple and we had such a great relaxing. My wife also had pot tub wich was worth of the money for the photos she made. What made this resort fantastic is thier stuff and I have to mention few names: Pratima - who asked all our questions and showed us rooms and made us fill very comfortable in this place, Sana - who gave us the best room and helped us with itineraries and Perizad who helped me get my Gucci glasses back after I lost them somewhere in resort. Many thanks to everyone who worked there like buggy drivers, the cooks, waiters and cleaners who one of them found my glasses in the floor and droped them in reception. Everyone is fantastic and lovely. I can’t wait to return. Read less

Exceptional service

Just came back from the trip and it was really good! I must compliment Nizam who is guest manager, very attentive and solving every request under 10 mins! Tara, waiter at the beach bar; Saeed, lovely housekeeper who changed towels, tied room and stocked mini bar every day; Shamim, attentive pool manager who helped with good spots, towels, drinks, saving clothes we forgot twice (😂); Kawasar, friendly buggy driver who was there every time for night rides. Service was exceptional, only thing that I’d improve is longer food serving and better schedules for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. Read less

Amazing resort with great staff

I had an amazing 7-night stay at Villa Park during the month of July. At Male airport, Mohammed greeted me and extended a warm welcome. He explained the transfer process in detail and set me up for the domestic transfer. At Maamigili, Sanah coordinated the transfer to the resort. She took great care and made sure that the transfer was safe and comfortable. Once at the resort, I was given wet towels and a welcome drink. Timur was my host at the resort. He explained the layout of the resort and other important things to note. He made sure the check-in was quick and smooth. Throughout my stay, whenever I messaged him about something, he replied almost immediately. He also kept me posted about the daily activities at the resort. Thanks to him for making my stay enjoyable and filled with memorable experiences. I stayed at the lagoon beach villa. The room had a bathtub, open-air bath, and big comfortable beds. The room opened up to the beach at the back. Every room had its own sunbeds. Overall, the lagoon beach villa offered a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty, making my stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. The spread at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets was good. There were Indian, Chinese, Russian, and Italian dishes. All the restaurant staff were really nice. Fatheen and Anju took great care of us at the restaurant and made our dining experience exceptional. I dined at the Italian restaurant for dinner once. It was an à la carte restaurant and the food was good. I got a table on the deck and was able to see clownfish, needlefish, sharks, and manta rays while dining. The housekeeping staff were great. They cleaned the room and made the bed for us every time we left the room. The resort was filled with stunning white-sand beaches. There were also many lounging areas throughout the resort. Most places in the resort had good Wi-Fi connectivity and helped in staying connected. There was also a large swimming pool right by the beach. The views were really good. It also had a depth for all ages. I spent a lot of time at the pool. The island was about 2 km from one end to the other. There was buggy service to get around the island. The only issue was that the floorboard of the buggy was a bit high. So, elderly people might find it difficult to climb in and out. Stingray and shark feeding happened daily at 6:30 p.m. I was able to see a lot of big stingrays and sharks up close and the experience was surreal. The resort had a lot of indoor games like badminton, squash, table tennis, snooker, darts, and chess. It was a lot of fun trying out all of them. There were also a few souvenir shops near the lobby. The shop had a lot of different items to choose from. The resort also had some outdoor games, like basketball and tennis. There was also a gym, steam room, and jacuzzi. The check-out and return transfer were clearly planned and communicated a day in advance. The check-out was quick. Despite the rains, the resort staff made sure that the return transfer was safe and comfortable. Read less

Marvellous Maldives

Great resort. Food excellent, water villas were great. Cleanliness throughout resort was perfect. Sports facilities were numerous. Staff were attentive and always willing to help. Our host Simna was so helpful especially when we had a medical issues and the resort sorted us out fantastically. Definitely recommend this resort.
