Extremely disappointing. The amenities were not available. The pool closed early every day. The lounge was closed for a private event. The staff did not communicate any of these things. If I had known before, I would not have booked this hotel. Too bad cause this hotel has potential.

In the heart of the business sector of Herzliya is the Publica Isrotel. The location was very convenient, although it is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and the check-in was simple and quick. The room was very well presented, and especially the bed and pillows, both of which were very comfortable. The bathroom was well presented. Terrible reception manager, Lyn. Not well maintained. Curtain was down on the floor when arrived. can't get any drink after 2200. No nespresso or other coffee machine. Had to remind 4 times until brought a soap. Parking under the building however expensive and the guests can't pay it in the hotel and many other problems

Excellent hotel - clean comfortable and staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend. The breakfast was full of choices and fresh food. The pool at the top of the hotel offers a very pleasant place to relax. Rooms are modern and pleasantly furnished.
