We are a conservative Jewish family who have been coming to this hotel every year for over 10 years, and we have been very happy with the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. Every morning was a beautiful morning and a delicious breakfast with the wonderful waiters Atta, Saeed, and Samer and others and even at the reception everything was wonderful. This was the best hotel in Jerusalem for conservative Jewish families, but it is no longer the same, and it is not our choice nor the hotel that we will recommend to friends, and this is the second time we have been disappointed. We had a wonderful dinner, and the dining room manager was a wonderful person. Samer he helped us change the table to a better table and we were enjoying our dinner until a family came unfortunately we found out that they were Jewish the girls were half naked and it turned out that this is a manager who works at the hotel his name is Kobi Goodman if I am not mistaken we hope this will help things get back to normal next time because this hotel is the choice of most conservative families

The room was lovely with a nice balcony to watch the old city from. The room was comfortable and. the bathroom clean and spacious. The gym is well maintained and well equipped. A special thank you to Samar, breakfast wait staff, for taking the time to teach me the tricks of coffee making. Breakfast was delicious with something to please everybody. Finally, Eviator from the concierge department was helpful in making touring arrangements. Overall, would be glad to return on next visit.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location just across the Mamilla open mall and the old city of Jerusalem. The hotel had with a lovely pool overlooking the ancient city. We actually booked through the hotel reservation which was very nice and efficient (Thanks to Ms. Yael!). I celebrated my birthday and had a lovely surprise waiting in the room which was really nice! Breakfast was amazing with a huge collection and service was efficient. We took also Friday dinner which was also rich and very diverse. One strange thing was that during breakfast and dinner in the main food hall it was easy to receive Gluten-Free bread, but when sitting at the lobby restaurant or ordering room-service we were told it was not available which i could not understand why. The pool was lovely and clean and overlooking the old city. The Gym was well equipped and in excellent shape. The room we received was on the 10th (top) floor which has a lovely view over the pool and the old city. It was spacious with all necessary amenities (lovely Bulgari soaps!). It had a seating area and 2 TV's one towards the bed and one towards the Sofa (clever!). There was a nice balcony with a table and seating for 2. The living area sofa looked a bit dated but was comfortable and everything was clean and spotless. The bed itself was VERY comfortable - not too soft as it should be. There was also a TV in the bathroom which did not work but a call to maintenance fixed it quickly. Check in and checkout were quick and easy for us and the indoor parking was complimentary which is a great bonus. All in all a great stay and would be happy to come back!

Ilan is the best

Ilan is absolutely the best. He helped us so so much on our visit to Jerusalem. The hotel is beautiful. All the staff are fabulous. It is a haven in Jerusalem. But Ilan goes out of his way to help. Literally the best in the Middle East. Thank you for all your help
