We came from and truly 5* hotel so we were a little disappointed. Firstly the staff are a credit to the hotel . The room we had overlooked Bluewater , the room in itself was a good size , balcony was good but the chairs and table were not of good standard.
The bathroom was such a let down , small with a shower over the bath and not very nice…

The bathroom was such a let down , small with a shower over the bath and not very nice shower products . The cleaner did an amazing job . We were on Al and we had to wear an armband , sure there is a better system than that ? . Again the food was amazing , I can understand why you get repeat customers but as I said , not for us .

Would highly recommend this hotel - the staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly, rooms very clean with great views and great club lounge access. Great location based just beside JBR and Marina with regular transport to Emirates Mall.

Managers Lavender and Thomas oversee a very happy group who cannot do enough for their guests.
