Our second visit to le meridian royal Bearing in mind we have stayed at the following hotels the minimum being a week in each The burj al arab (twice week each) Atlantis royal (a week) Al qsar (10 days) One and only the palm (7 days) Raffles the palm (10 days) Anantara the palm (10 days) We have now stayed at le meridian twice I have mentioned the hotels due to the clientele in the meridian the where the best friendliest bunch of people we have travelled with The staff where second to none and been some of the best we have come across one of the manageress is superb zara I found her to be very approachable and amazing to deal with Clubroom staff where fantastic akhtbar babil rekona from nepal spicy tomatoe bloody mary (cant remember his name ) shad summit, a young lady who called me perfume man (due to my love of arabian scent) they where all endearing and seen to our every request Mohammed our pool guy had our beds ready every morning even though the quiet pool was closed and i never really seen mike whos a star 🌟 All the pool guys where brilliant I would advise anyone to book a club room due to the peacefulness of breakfast afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks between 6pm - 8pm On the whole an amazing holiday in a prime location with friendly english and brilliant staff Spa is excellent but sadly was only available until 9pm The gym is well stocked and kept spotlessly clean Read less

The cleaner Hasnain M. did his work very well, good service, friendly staff. The hotel has big territory, a lot of different pols that cool down, that’s nice because the summer here is really hot and swimming in sea is a challenge for vacationers

For us this was a return visit with our now teenage children and my parents living in Australia. Such a great experience, the warmth of the staff and their attention to detail was exceptional, the fact that we were a family reunion was recognised immediately and staff went out of their way to accommodate teenagers and their needs and my parents (in their 70’s ) it felt like a very personal service, which in such a large resort is a hard act to pull off successfully. Housekeeping were outstanding and absolutely on point with our rooms and water replenishments! Special shout out to Hithesh who helped organise great activities for the family, he made us feel very special, great representation of superb front of house, friendly and warm - he remembered everyone in our party - but not overpowering! It’s quite hard to find the balance between friendly and warm and too much.. Hithesh nailed it 👍 loved the food especially Geales and the Indian restaurant, but all were really good. The staff are amazing and a special mention goes to Michael who always asked how we were and would come over and chat with us, all staff are great by the way and are very friendly. Everything is spotless and I mean spotless!! Everything good has been said about this hotel and if i were to say it as well I would just be repeating what has been said before.
