The hotel

A gem of a hotel, the spectacular Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has a wealth of amenities. Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 1-3 with pool or garden views, and either 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

Half Board includes: breakfast and a 3-course meal for either lunch or dinner available at the following restaurants and bars:

One Bedroom Gulf Suites are larger in size, with views of the pool, gardens or Arabian Gulf, separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Club One Bedroom Ocean Suites are located on higher floors, with Arabian sea views from the furnished balcony, separate living area, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Family Rooms consist of connected king and a twin deluxe rooms, with two bathrooms and private balcony or patio. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people (max 5 adults).

Family Suite is larger in size than the family room, still with king and twin bedrooms and two private bathrooms and a spacious balcony/patio space. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people, 5 adults.

They have a good staff Ishanka and leader of Mr.Ram they are very heplful they are so kind also and all service is good. Im so happy to visit in your hotel and the food was so delicious. I will visit again next time and i will tell to our friends that Rizt is so good

We attend the Synergy graduation in ritz carlton. The services are very good. I would like to thank Dadhir, Ishan, Prasad, Rom, Puje, Swpnil. The foods are amazing. They are serving a good services. And all the set up are all complete. Ballroom is very good.

I always find reviews interesting- how can others have such an amazing experience vs others when you read reviews. We are not overly picky and are just comparing it to other hotels and service we have experienced. Family of 4 staying for the first time at the Ritz, however it is our 5th in Dubai. Positive - amazing greeting from reception upon checking in. Food - splendido was not for us, extremely slow service and they managed to burn all of our pizzas and not understand when we requested the garlic bread as a starter vs main. £20 for what looked like a shot of whispering angel had my wife in hysterics. Blue Jade - by far the best food and service (honestly they put the rest of the staff to shame) Buffet - hit or miss on the service (forgetting drinks/ incorrect bill). The food was ok Room cleaning - similar to others, it was hit or miss (family 4 but only 2 glasses), not well cleaned, shower gel not replaced, no towel animals (my youngest was so sad about this). Pools - who designed the white raised grills in the pool, I smashed my feet on them along with my family so many times!!. Staff were great at setting up the loungers and giving initial bag of water. Would be good if they popped around for replacements. I was impressed with the free sun screen. What really annoyed me was the pool cleanliness - the polystyrene from the next door building site was annoying.. it’s left to guests to throw it out the pool as no one is cleaning the pools. Noise - you’re not made aware but there is building work happening next door(beeping throughout the night and day, with rubbish blowing down into the pool). Probably not an issue if you’re the other side of the hotel Security - shout out to the lovely security guard who was always so welcoming Conceirge/front door staff - apart from one worker the rest we found to be quite rude, never opening the doors when walking into the property and instead having their conversations. Spa - amazing, had a great massage Shop - 2 bottle of sun tan lotion and after sun cost me £150 (£60 total from their website).£50 inflatable inflatable float .. buy elsewhere £10 Beds - shockingly poor pillows with zero support. As my daughter described when she put her head on it she simply sank to the matttress. Gym - great staff, poor treadmills but other equipment is decent I understand that Ritz want visitors to rate it as a 9 or above.. sadly we would score it 7/10 at best. Overall we as a family wouldn’t return but instead stick with Anantara. Read less
