Everywhere are cats, that are disturbing. So disgusting to be surrounded with cats. … Also there are workers that are so boorish, for example Prity, Saung, Osman ( in the restaurant service). I got the best impression from Mohi Uddin, he is the best in this hotel, always polite and professional. Also thankful to the guys that are cleaning… Read more

We stayed here for 11 days in June, a group of five of us Lovely hotel, staff and food and drinks excellent, although some drinks are limited to some different bars on the all inclusive premium Beautiful Lovely marina and beach (man made) in front of the hotel , lovely looking out on it Tod the manager was very helpful and pleasant and always had time to talk to the guests, beautiful food in all restaurants and great selection, Moho uddin in the main buffet restaurant was fantastic waiter catering for everything every day for food and drink, real credit to the hotel, zing may and bipana in the Italian restaurant restaurant were great, as was sibena in the Asian restaurant, had a brilliant back, shoulders and neck massage from parakchat yim in the leisure/ gym complex, I’ve had osteopathy, traction and acupuncture before on my back, but I must say after the massage my back felt great , great job, well done All the staff were excellent as they were last year when we went , definitely 5star staff Read less

It was our pleasure to stay in the intercontinental Hotel for a couple of days. It is really a very nice stay which I and my family enjoyed very much. The nice staff, the beautiful halls, the tidy room and the delicious food in the restaurant. Thanks Alot.

Room was ok however, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all ! I found a bug on my pillow, when the matter was highlighted to the front office, the receptionist didn’t show any concerns, she just apologized and proceeded with the check out like nothing happened. My overall experience was bad and will not recommend the hotel to anyone!

A gem of a hotel in Abu Dhabi. One of the original 5 star hotels that were built many years ago and have the style and luxury that you would want when on a vacation or even a business trip. The food is excellent, we were on an All Inclusive Premium package, allowing us to visit all restaurants and bars and it was amazing!! There is food for all, from endless cuts of beef in Chamas, to fish and seafood at the Fish restaurant, Italian or even Japanese and Sushi restaurant. Let’s not forget the great Lebanese with great portions too. We loved the stay and people and will definitely be back again. Read less
