Personally I would not return. Our room was cleaned at 4.30pm if we were lucky and after a day out, the last thing you want to come back to is the maid just starting to clean your room. The hotel is dated and the staff are rude, and slightly patronising at best. I was repeatedly called my daughter’s name whilst the booking was clearly in my name…

It’s the attention to detail that can make or break a holiday - and no one had any attention to detail here. We frequent Dubai a lot and thought we were try here but it’s a big thumbs down for me

The food served in Sidekicks and the Directors Club was delicious. Laurence and the other restaurant workers were very attentive and helpful.
Maurice and Beyaz provided us with a pleasant departure, ensuring we had enjoyed our stay and secured our baggage; allowing us to enjoy our last day.
We cannot thank the characters enough for the joy they brought to our little one each and every day. Regardless of whom we met, or the time they made an appearance, they would always entertain our little one, offering photo opportunities without us feeling rushed.
We would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to return.
