We had an amazing stay at the Habtoor Grand. The room was clean and spacious, the food was fantastic in every restaurant we dined at, the grounds and facilities were also first class and the area that the Habtoor Grand is in is perfect. The only slight issue was with the work going on outside our balcony when we had a Seaview Room on the 8th floor right hand Tower.When looking out onto the right hand side of the 8th floor allocated room balcony where the grounds-site it was a little untidy. This of course did not really affect our stay and we also fed back to Veronika | Guest Relations Shift Leader who asked for feedback on the hotel once we have returned to England. I wanted to give a special mention to Melanie and Myatt in the Polo Lounge who were so polite and professional. They are an asset to the staff in the hotel. Also the lifeguard/s at the Horizon Pool on the 3rd floor. They were also extremely polite and always attended to any of our needs. Also thanks to the Handyman who was sent to our room when i accidently locked my wallet and keys including the key for the lock in our suitcase o n the day we were due to check out. I really got disappointed because of one guy who called chito, really unprofessional and he was lying on his position not only that, he (chito) made us feel like a thief. And he’s so rude. But there was good people as well. But this above guy who called chito made my day hectic.
