Excellent stay like always! The services which were already very good, are now top class level. Very special mention for wassim from alizee pool and of course for Mr Angel Garcia , Front office manager who took care of us and of all our requests. Thank you for everything! We received outstanding customer service from Utpal at Alizee pool and beach bar. He is professional, courteous, friendly and made us feel special even though we were only on day passes. Highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service on a beautiful beach.

The room, service, breakfast all exceptional with myself being a very hard customer to please. Special shout to Madhu who went above and beyond for us on a daily basis round the pool, hope to see him running things next time so people mirror the service he provides. We will be sure to visit this place again 👌🏼😎
