Wonderful hotel with a high level of service. The receptionist Esenbek impressed me with his desire to help in any matter. Staying in a hotel with this level of service is the highest praise for the staff. You will not regret entrusting your holiday to this hotel.

Having stayed at the Caesars Palace a year ago, we've decided to come back and try the hotel under the new management. And what a wonderful decision this was! First of all, service quality and customer service is one of the best we've ever seen. We were absolutely pampered starting from the front desk all the way to the in-room service, valet parking and restaurant staff. Attention to detail is exceptional. Scented candles changed and lit daily. Perfectly fitting bath robes and sleepers for everyone in our family, including our 6 year old. A la carte breakfast was delicious with a long list of options to choose from. Alizee and Michelle star Demon Duck and Taka Hisa were amazing for dinner. And again, all staff were very attentive and quick to attend. Banyan Tree, you've completely exceeded all of our expectations and earnt yourself a new ambassador! We have visited here before when it used to be Caesars Palace and this time around staying for over a week, it was nothing short of exceptional. The ambience, calmness and the small touches really do make this hotel stand out. We really loved and enjoyed all the small luxuries whether it was choosing what pillows you want, the oil scented smells each day in the room and the exceptional bathroom with the his/her separate wash sinks and the waterfall rain shower. A big and special shout out to the following people. Raja the Engineer - absolute hero of the day when my wife's jewellery got stuck in the sink. Always treated with a warm smile and service by Mohammad and Sunita at breakfast with phenomenal spread of breakfast and amazing quality of food by the chefs. Imran was lovely and showed his hospitality as well as Shenouda and Zaida at Main Reception. A big thank you to Praju, Rintu, Kevin, Jatinder and Rajan at front house daily and valet parking. Wow what an experience. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by friendly faces and efficient staff. Around the pool you are consistently waited on. If you’re lucky enough to have Michael look after you you’re guaranteed to have the best service.
