Unfortunately not a 5 star service experience at all. I was celebrating my birthday from US , booked a 2 bedroom suite. gave the name of visiting guests to staff who said they had communicated it with everyone , their passport scanned as per protocol, then when we all returned from our dinner , we were rudely stopped by security/front desk like some criminals trespassing into our own suite that we paid for. front desk couldn't find our scanned passports from 2 hours earlier until manager came out who was able to trace it. we just stood their with out guests looking like fools for so long. the manager (who's name they failed to disclose) didn't have the courtesy to apologize. Next AM i requested to speak with manager, Irem Sagar , shows up and gives a blanket apology without still acknowledging or even knowing the name of manager who messed up last night so she could be retrained. We will NOT be staying here. plenty of other good options in Dubai to stay here and be treated like third class citizens and be offered an "upgrade on your next visit". classless! Read less

I have to tell you that I am extremely dissatisfied with the visit. Everything went wrong from the very beginning. You immediately prevented me from taking pictures on the helipad. As a Platinum member, you make it possible for us, but you immediately told us that it is not possible, even though you always offer it on the site. We booked this hotel and moved from JBH for nothing. Check in itself was disastrous. I know what it was like a few years ago when we visited this hotel. The lady at the reception, however, greeted us nicely and quickly shuffled a few things while standing. Then, during the check-in itself, she constantly talked to a customer in Russian and solved his problems during our check-in. I have nothing against anyone, but that's not how it's done. Buttler service disaster unresponsive. We waited 1 hour for the iron and ironing board. In addition, all the staff were constantly in a hurry. I had the feeling that they wanted to get rid of everyone as soon as possible. It is also possible that you have too few employed people or too few professionals. In addition, neither early check in nor late check out was possible for us. In short, you take great care of the regular customers of your chain. I feel like I'm not a Platinum member. I don't think it has any effect on you. As I already told them, I will not come to this hotel again until something changes drastically. We travel a lot and I am also a diamond member at Hilton. There they put a lot more emphasis on it and look at you differently. And that's right. You don't easily become the tallest member in the group. Read less
