Hotel information

605 rooms. All with a balcony, partial city and sea views, seating area, air-conditioning, TV, WiFi, Lavazza coffee machine, mini-bar*, safe, iron and board, and hairdryer. All bathrooms have a separate bathtub and shower. King Guest Room with 1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

Bed and Breakfast: includes breakfast in the main restaurant, MOWSEM.    

Half Board and Full Board Dine Around offer: Half Board and Full Board can be redeemed in 10 participating restaurants (all F&B outlets are included) with a choice of:

  • special 3-course set menu at select a-la-carte restaurants (subject to change) 
  • credit on food (only) from the regular menu at the a-la-carte restaurants

Really good hotel facilities and service. The location on JBR beach is perfect. Woudl recommend people to stay here. I've stayed in a few hotels in Dubai and this has been the best so far. There are 7 restaurants, a pool, private beach area and a spa.

Mani and Temi From Concierge were very nice and courteous. Also the breakfast and room Service were very good. Everybody here is nice and helpful, regardless of what you ask. The manager of the restaurant Jegan is also very nice and courteous. They also recommended us so activities and sightseeing places.

I love the pool! Also the staff was very nice! Especially these two Mani(Concierge) And Tracy(Front Office). Also we get a private beach for all the hotel guest. Breakfast is included. Also, We stayed in the king executive suite. Which is good for family.

The room is very good, the view is the excellent, nice Tracy help us to resolve all the questions, many thanks for her😊 the kids room is very interesting, the breakfasts, lunch and diner was very tasty, the meat , the fish everything was perfect 👍👍👍 the pool too☺️we will come back
