One of the best in UAE, with the cleanest beach, best food, best rooms, and all of the best, only the check-in time to Wild Wadi from the hotel access should be minimized.

Luxury at its best! We had a fabulous time being spoilt by the staff here. We chose low season so prices were amazing and service was next level. Property is amazing with great views and lots of outlets to choose from inside the Medinat complex.

To place this hotel as one of the finest in Dubai would be a bold choice, but without a doubt, that’s what it is. Whilst there are many that can claim the wow factor, maybe the most reclusive or even the highest level of luxury, there are few that can match so many of the Mina A Salam’s well established high points. From start to finish the level of service, from all staff, was unquestionable. Check in was a delight, the room staff efficient and friendly, restaurant, bar and pool staff were cheery and helpful. The highest accolade must go the staff in the Amal lounge though. Anna, Sofia and Froedar (apologies for the probably incorrect spelling), to name but a few, went above and beyond our expectations. You can always tell a company’s customer service by how they deal with any problems. On the first night there was an issue with our booking as the club lounge access had not been recorded. Anna was swift in reassuring us that this would not be an issue and we should sit back, relax and enjoy their hospitality. We booked two Arabian deluxe rooms, and whilst the bottom of the hotels rooms choices, calling at ‘the bottom’ is doing them a disservice. They were beautifully decorated, clean and more than spacious for most travellers. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Dubai and the Mina A Salam are certainly at the higher end of the standards in this respect. Food again was excellent. Breakfast every day, was plentiful, with choices for everyone; from fresh fruit and cooked options, to pastries and yogurts. Both my daughters particularly enjoyed the avocado on toast, which was eaten most days. We used the room service on one day, only for pizza, but this was perfect. Freshly cooked, homemade and tasty. What more could you want?! I could go on about the great pools, beautiful grounds, cleanliness and overall sense of tranquillity, but I must leave some surprises for you all ;) At the end of the week, we were of course sad to go. I have been travelling to Dubai for over 24 years and stayed at some of the most exclusive hotels, including the Burj Al Arab, but the Mina A Salam is the ONLY hotel we have been back to. Best wishes to all the staff and keep up the good work. Read less
