The pool bar staff were fantastic - I think they knew what time we popped across for a drink and looked after us so well. Used the dine around vouchers a bit of a pain needing to carry tickets around but it works. Got to add that this hotel seems to have the best lift system going. A couple of minor improvements they could make 1 If club members could book in in the M lounge may be a welcome refreshment. You can wait a long while to book in in the main lobby 2 I have to say this was rectified for us but first couple of days room hadn’t been cleaned at 3pm. This was a superb experience- everything you want from a first class establishment. The environment and hotel room was amazing and the staff were first class. The choice of food throughout the day was something to behold and the choice of coffees and juices at breakfast was excellent. Not much more to say except see you again soon.
