Extremely poor service experienced which is surprising from a 5 star hotel. Despite having booked for a family of three via our agents in the UK, our child’s booking was missed and we were asked to pay additional funds at the point of check-in which we did. The issue was rectified and my agent was able to provide evidence that the booking for a family of three was arranged. Despite being told by the hotel that a refund was requested for us on 21st October 2024, a month later we still haven’t received the refund and are receiving no updates from the management team.
Please avoid this hotelier and company! Save yourself the hassle and stay at the Atlantis instead.

Our room was looked after by Kamrulislam romjan and it was brilliant, they decorated it when it was my partners birthday and on our last night they made it special. They made fun little towel characters on my daughter’s bed and always left chocolate! Again they couldn’t do enough for us.
The food at the hotel was lovely couldn’t fault it, everything we had from the buffet or ordered was brilliant. We mainly used the golf caddy’s and went to the restaurants near by that were included on the half board list with a supplement charge. Definitely try those out!!
Wild Waldi water park was also great!! But the pools at the hotel are brilliant anyways.
We spent time at the beach which was gorgeous and again the staff came round with water and lollies through out the day.
They all got to know our daughter so would always say hello to her!
She’s 2 years old and loved the kids club! She made so many arts and crafts bits, but just the kids crèche is amazing it’s self. The only down fall we have about the hotel and after speaking to a few families there felt the same, come 6pm there was nothing for the children to do, no kids disco, play area or anything. We found ourselves and others sitting in the lobby and the kids just running around. A couple of nights we did go out to eat later or went to Dubai mall, but some nights you just want to stay at the hotel we had nothing to do for our daughter so went and sat in the room and watched tv as it was too early to go to bed running on UK time, just feel there could be a kids disco or even a late evening entertainment in the kids club between 6-8pm at least.
But otherwise we can’t fault the hotel, location, food, cleanliness or staff. It was all amazing, we would love to book again for next year but we are inclined to look for one with a little more going on in the evening for little ones. Even though the kids club is stunning and the best equipment and space just wish they done more in the evenings! But it would be perfect for others who don’t need that in the evenings especially if they don’t have little ones to keep entertained!

Me and my Father recently stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel located in Dubai. Overall our experience was great, the staff are absolutely great, the beach staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
My only downfall would be the receptionist when we checked into the hotel. Unfortunately our travel agent made a mistake with the check in times, which didn’t work with our arrival time of landing. Meaning we were unable to check into our room.
After traveling for over 10 hours we were both exhausted and just wanted to get to the room and get some sleep. By no fault of the hotels own - they explained their check in policy was after 3pm. After asking to speak to the manager, we were told we would need to pay the rate for an additional night, if we wanted to go to our room now. There didn’t seem to be any sympathy from the reception staff, considering this hotel is rated at 5 Stars.
Eventually we managed to understand each other and we were told what the fee would be for the one night.
While confirming the payment for the additional night, we said “I assume this also includes breakfast” to which the receptionist replied “no”. At this point we were getting more and more frustrated bare in mind we had been traveling for over 10 hours.
After this we was also told it would be most convenient if we left a deposit for any purchases we made during the week (as we was on the half board package)
Eventually after sorting everything out and heading to our room, we was to find - that the pull down bed hadn’t been made. Considering our stressful day of traveling we was very tired. So we just looked in the cupboard to see if there was any bedding. However to our disgust there was no bedding - we called down to reception and they sent Housekeeping up straight away - who was more than helpful and dressed the bed.
I can’t fault our overall stay, the pool is great, the easy access to the private beach is also phenomenal. The food in the hotel is brilliant and to a very high standard.
As our stay was coming to an end we started finding out about all of the different restaurants included in our half board package - which wasn’t clearly explained to us upon checking in.
I recommend visiting the water park which you have free unlimited access to as a guest staying at the hotel.
Overall as first time guests we both
thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. We just feel the information you are given at check in could be more informative to allow guests to take full advantage of the wonderful amenities Jumeirah Beach Hotel has to offer.
