This is my 7th time coming to this hotel. It is very nice that the hotel is in the center and close to everywhere. It is one of the hotels that my family and I love the most. It makes me very happy that they do not forget my birthdays and always give me a cake as a gift. Most hotels do not make this gesture. There are also markets and restaurants next to the hotel. Especially the breakfast was excellent. There was even sushi for breakfast. The employees were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool was very nice. I recommend it to everyone. Read less

Excellent room cleaning and appreciate the flexibility of the timing of cleaning. All items like mouth water, drinking water etc were always on stock so no need to search anything in the mini bar :-) I compliment Ilona who also made sure the flowers were fresh - thanks and until next time. Great holiday, had a really good time, surroundings so relaxing despite being so close to the centre of Dubai. Lovely facilities, great location, and fabulous staff throughout - especially the exec lounge, our little oasis of calm in the evenings - special thanks to Francis, Membele, Hannah and all the others.
