That’s my 5th time staying in media one, the hotel is amazing and the staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help ! The room had a really good view and comfy beds. The location is the best in media city. I would totally recommend staying at media one .

Great ambiance, friendly staff, attentive. Easy check in, using WhatsApp to communicate and informing you about changes if any, we had a drop to the office also arranged which made life very comfortable. Pooja at reception was a thorough professional. Helpful. Was a joy dealing with her. Looking forward to coming back.

I even forgot my "Do not Disturb" selection on the LED panel and after not being in touch with housekeeping and noone hearing me for a day, Rita Mugo sent a WhatsApp message to see if all was OK and if I needed… Read more

While n my case, I was busy doing intense work for that 24 hour period due to impending deadlines, another person could have possibly been ill or unable to move and this service is incredibly helpful to ensure guests are safe and well looked after! Rita and I proceeded to chat and she wished me all the success for my upcoming project and reminded me of the importance of fresh air, rest, change in scenery eg using lobby and balance lol. This service is showcased with all the staff! Highly recommend!! Read less

Great experience at Media One hotel. All staff is very helpful, attentive to smallest details. Enjoyed a lot Special thanks to Sandip who was my transfer driver for several days - very safe drive and lively chat so that each time trip took shorter than expected
