The staff in the restaurant were also lovely, the only recommendation I would have is the buffet is very similar each night and more vegetarian options would be good. The rooms are kept spotless as are the grounds. The pool is very shallow so not suitable for much swimming in for adults, but this did not bother us. The hotel decor is stunning. We would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would return. The best thing about it is the staff, they really are incredible. Thank you!

Firstly, I would like give a big thank you to the amazing recreational team members, Danish, Jordan, Manoj, Eimran, Ibrahim and Sunil who are always at hand poolside or on the beach to look after you with 5 star service at times under very hot conditions.
Additionally a massive thank you to the kids club team Mary, Fatima and Hirushani who always look after the kids and keep them entertained. They always go the extra mile with the kids to ensure they are happy. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the lifeguards who are always at hand poolside or on the beach to assist with any issues.
A special mention to the leader and recreational manager Mr Kalesh who is an exceptional person. He is a true leader and manager who ensures that guests are happy and looked after with true 5 star service. The recreational team members speak very highly of Mr Kalesh as he ensures everyone works together as a team to the deliver the true Anantara experience.
Also a big thank you to the friendly buggy driver Mr Derek who is always at hand to assist us bringing us down to the kids club, poolside or to the beach. Also not forgetting the superb service from the valet parking team led by the supervisor Muhammad Wakas who assist us with the car when we visit.
Finally, I would like to thank the assistant manager Mr Suliman Ahmed who is always there to welcome you to the hotel and solve any issues you may have. Again if you are looking to stay at a resort where you will get relaxation and tranquility then, I recommended to stay at the Anantara Mina Al Arab resort.
