The hotel

A brand new resort on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the Intercontinental offers sea views from all rooms, giving that idyllic island feel that you’re craving from a beach holiday. 351 generously sized rooms, suites and villas, all with spacious balcony or terrace with day beds, air-conditioning, coffee/tea-making facilities, minibar*, and flat-screen TV.

Classic Sea View rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 


Board basis options

Breakfast option includes: International buffet breakfast will be served in Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant. Breakfast taken outside designated meal timings will be charged separately as per consumption. Breakfast ordered through room service will be charged as per consumption.

Half Board option includes: breakfast and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.

Full Board option includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.

All-Inclusive option includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant, or 3 course dinner - set-menu at either Levant & Nar or NoHo Bar & Grilll. Selected soft & house beverages are available from 12:30pm – 10:00pm at Saffar. Soft & house beverages included from 11:00am – 07:00pm in ShaSha. Soft & house beverages included from 07:00pm - 10:00pm at Amarbar. 4 house beverages per person with set-menu meals at Levant & Nar and NoHo Bar & Grill. Other meals and drinks not included in the All Inclusive meal plan will be charged to the guest’s account. All Inclusive package ends at 12 noon on the day of check out, unless late check out extended and paid (does not apply on complimentary late check out extensions). 

Guests with Half Board, Full Board, and All-Inclusive meal plan bookings. Guests are now entitled to utilize their 120 AED credit during the NoHo Brunch, which is hosted every Saturday. Please note that an additional supplement is applicable for certain packages: ‘Bubbly Experience’ and ‘Driver’s Choice’ packages and ‘Champagne Experience’ package. Guests have to make reservations in advance to secure their spot.

One Bedroom Family Villas are just steps from the beach, with spacious living and dining area, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Private Pool Villas are just steps from the beach, with a private pool, spacious living and dining area, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Club Rooms include: access to the Club InterContinental Lounge with a separate check-in area, private pool, deep soaking jacuzzi, as well as deluxe culinary offers throughout the day such as cocktail happy hour and afternoon tea.

I booked the Villa and two classic rooms for my wife’s birthday party. The experience was amazing and welcoming from entry all the way to exit. Mr. AbdulRaheem handled all my requests with a smile, and allowed this great day to happen. I highly recommend this hotel.

I ask the management to tell the man that it bakes, that he is just a god!!! It's incredibly delicious! These were the most delicious croissants in our lives! Even tastier than in France😏 But we especially want to mention the staff. We think this is the main advantage of this hotel. The staff is just on top! We can't list all the names of the people who work there, because they all do their job 100,000%. But here are the ones we remembered and next vacation we will return to this hotel literally just for them😄 saffar restaurant staff: Hanane; Moses; Jassica; yogesh; bobur; abdulaziz; rajashekar; lokesh; a guy from Nepal (we forgot his name😢) and many many others. But we especially want to mention Moses!!! Lord, he made our vacation!!! This is the funniest and brightest person we've seen in our lives, he's just beautiful!!!! At the end of the holiday, for our last lunch especially for us, we were presented with an incredibly delicious cake with the inscription “see you soon". It was incredibly sweet and pleasant. Reception staff: Meyryam and Zaira. They are beautiful, and they helped us insanely. Of all the hotels we have visited in many countries of the world (there are more than 50 of them), I am proud to say that this hotel is now in our first place!
