Amar has been amazing at organising a very special experience for me and my husband. Farouk has also been very welcoming and has checked on us at every meal. Chef Usman (head chef) serves you with a wonderful smile and makes any request seem effortless. They are more than happy to help at any turn and make every single guest feel welcomed. Anyone with dietary requirements will not have any issues at this hotel as they will ensure something is available to you.
The ladies at Dome Cafe are very lovely also.

Everything has been fantastic, the service is unbelievable with food and everything. They have so caring and if weve needed anything theyve been there to lend a hand with a smile on their face. The exclusive sport club team incl Osmel, Mahmoud and Tatiana have been so kind and helpful have to come back again and do it all over again!
