Hotel is decent. Staff is friendly. Beds are comfy. Valet is $59 daily. The insane music played by club goers in the parking next door between midnight and 2am shook the building. It sounds like an outdoor concert. It is not the hotels fault but just a heads up of what you might experience staying here. There’s no way to sleep through it.
DO NOT go there, rodents problem

Infested with Rodents! Do not go there! Especially if you park your car with them. I drove 180 miles from NY to the hotel with no problems and left the car with Velvet (outdoor parking next to the hotel). I drove 180 miles from NY to the hotel with no problems and left the car with Velvet (outdoor parking next to the hotel). Besides the expensive room charge, they also charged $60/night for the parking. Did not use the car at all for 3 days. Picked up the car to drive back to NY, but the car steering wheel had a problem. Towed to the nearest dealership and found out it was rodents damaged with over $7k repair. The whole incident the hotel did not take any responsibilities. They said I can not prove it happened during my stay. Well, unless you can interview the rodents who did it, I believe the circumstances indicate a high probabilities it happened during my stay. Regardless, the hotel did not make any effort to accommodate out-of-town guests at all. They did not even provide me with a room to stay an extra day (I had to go find another hotel to stay on short notice), or reimburse my deductible.

Solid value

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean (comfy) rooms. Downtown antics were pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but at least my partner had no trouble sleeping through it. Overall, though, it was a reasonable rate and put you close to everything.
Clean and great staff

A very clean and well maintained hotel. The reviews regarding the street noise are overblown. We had a room that faced the hospital and barely heard anything.
Helena at the front desk was very friendly and went out of her way to get to know us and offer to help if we needed anything during our stay.
Ismel at the bar in Wisteria was great and…

AVOID if you can!

The location is right next to nightclubs, and at 1am on Saturday night, we were awoken by loud speakers playing dance music and a rowdy gathering in the parking structure next to the hotel. Many hotel guests called the Boston police to disperse the crowd, and only after 3am, did they finally respond. We barely slept that night. We paid a total of $1100 for 2 nights — way too expensive to be next to a terrible location.
Also, the housekeeping was not thorough. Our coffee/tea station was not restocked upon our arrival and throughout our stay. We needed to call the concierge 3 times in 2 days to ask for restocks.
The only pleasant aspects of the hotel were the friendly front-desk attendants, and the live music in the lobby on weekends. However, I won’t stay here again and will advise others to avoid this hotel.
