We took a suite. Nice room but not at the costs we paid. Room needed glasses for drinks, cutlery and crockery to eat food.

The hotel was ok. The service was not great. The price was high for a hotel that hasn’t been renovated and still has thesame dirty couch in the lobby as the last time we were there 4 years ago,

The reason for the 3 star review was that for one day I rented a gazebo and was told it was $300. However, upon check out I was charged $370. So I asked the front desk to adjust, and was told they would look into it. Surprise surprise, no adjustments. A bit annoying to be charged more than what was originally promised. Further, the same front desk person treated me like a child when I was asking her about the charge. She hushed me several times because she was "busy" looking at her computer. Umm... why would you treat your customers that way? Couldn't you just pretend you're listening, then end up not doing anything anyways? Left a super bad taste in my mouth. Considering I'm a Hyatt Globalist, I expected a little better service and a little bit of honesty. But I guess I was asking for much. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Good but not what I would expect for the Hyatt Regency and for the price. Beware of ocean side rooms! The noise is horri

I had really high hope for a resort by the Hyatt Regency. The room was not as clean as I would expect, broken tiles in the bathroom, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the noise level for an ocean view room was of traffic not the ocean! Prices are very high here and the expectation were high and not met!
