While the room was comfortable the bed was hard. Didn't sleep well the first night. Employees were friendly but the casino was not. lol. There was no room service and no restaurants in casino to have breakfast other than a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks.

We love staying at Harvey’s! We walk down to the lake and spend the day with beautiful views. We have so many dining options. Harvey’s is steps away from shops and activities.

The hype of the rooms on the internet was a complete let down rooms are really out dated.I will say the staff was very nice and helpful but this hotel needs a remodel and a refresher the games were fun and food was amazing. Just the hotel part was the issue.

We all play poker & now that Harveys poker room is only open wed-Sun from 2pm-2am…. We will now be doing our company trips to reno where we can play poker anytime we want. It’s ridiculous that a casino has a poker room room space with tables but is only running part-time. Poor management of that space and time.

Wonderful stay. Was a little nervous about reviews I read. We stayed in the Tahoe Tower and the view was beautiful. The rooms do need some upgrades but super clean. There is no daily housekeeping but you call and they will bring up towels, shampoo or anything in minutes.
