I was charged the early check-in fee despite the fact that my conference organizer had previously arranged for the early check-in without the fee. This information somehow did not manage to trickle down to the front desk person who was checking me in. In addition to this stay, I had stayed at Everline last year, as well, and had another experience that should not happen in a hotel that cares about its guests. At checkout, I inadvertently left behind in the room a pair of suit pants. I realized this a few hours after leaving, and called the hotel immediately, hoping to connect with someone who can help me reunite with the pants. I was channeled to an impersonal outside service for lost-and-found, which was of no help whatsoever. In subsequent days, I had made several attempts to reach the hotel directly and be connected to someone who could help locate the missing pants. No response and no success. Again, it was my mistake to have left the pants behind, but a hotel that truly cared about its guests would have had a process in place for the cleaning staff to immediately notify the guest about an item left in the room after checkout; and to help the guest reunite with the item. Restaurant is fabulous! We were treated like royalty! Food was over the top . Better than any NYC restaurant staff was incredible most fun ever. View is amazing. Very interesting food presentation. Original recipe. Try the bone marrow butter.

This used to be a beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing...now, a Hampton Inn would do better. It's just sad to see how the hotel is today. The rooms and the hotel needs maintenance urgently. This used to be a beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing...now, a Hampton Inn would do better. It's just sad to see how the hotel is today. The rooms and the hotel needs maintenance urgently. Our bathroom was not flushing, we had to call maintenance. The tub was dirty. Walls are scraped, carpet looks dirty. Food was really bad. There's no room service, only for breakfast. Staff looks equally sad as the hotel. Guest service needs significant improvement. We learned that this hotel is no longer a Hyatt, it certainly is not a category 8 by any means...it's a category 2 at best. There are other hotels in the area that are much nicer. Overall, just sad to see what happened to what was once an awesome hotel. Read less

Luis was the best!! We had a great time. The food excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. The chef did a fantastic job. My steak was cooked perfectly and the scallops were a terrific addition. I would recommend this experience to everyone. Especially the service!

It was a great meal with an even better server (Lewis). Got the lamb gnocchi and it was seasoned well and the very light texture. We looooooooooved everything! What a nice experience and live piano music too. What a plus! Thank you for making my birthday dinner memorable for us all.
