Hotel facilities are new and nice. Rooms are nice. Room decor was unique with a ocean port there to it. Bathroom was good too. Size of room was a bit tight but it got the job done. Overall, a solid choice. Area around hotel can be a bit sketchy. Also, the front desk was inconsistent. Some were nice and others were negligent.

I had low expectations for a one night stay in Long Beach. We were in the area for an event and didn’t want to drive 2 hours back. Hotel and location were a very pleasant surprise!! Updated and clean. View of the harbor. Walked to a great Mexican place for dinner. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a 4 day volleyball tournament at the long beach convention center and hotel was the perfect location. It was within a 5 minute walking distance. Only complaint was the hotel only had 2 elevators so had to use the fire escape stairs twice because I didnt want to wait in the line to use the elevators.
