It's all about the location at this large ‘Disney Good Neighbour’ hotel. It's just a 15-20 minute stroll to Disneyland Resort and Downtown Disney. If you want to save your energy though you can jump on the shuttle* that picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. Fancy a day off from the parks? There’s a large outdoor family-friendly pool and a water play area. Win-win. And after dinner, why not head to Mix Lounge, set in the lively atrium lobby*, for a signature cocktail or glass of something from the extensive wine list. *temporary relocated

Where is it

In Anaheim, just a mile from the entrance to Disneyland Resort. The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) shuttle stops outside the hotel ($6 per day, payable locally, subject to change). It's around 10 miles to Knotts Berry Farm. Newport Beach is around 20 miles away. Transfer time from Los Angeles International Airport: 50 minutes.

Hotel information

1572 rooms. All with heating/air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi*, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Standard Rooms have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, with views over the sundeck, sleeping maximum 4 adults.  

Disneyview Rooms, on the top 3 floors, face Disneyland Resort and the evening (seasonal) firework displays. 

Pool View Rooms overlook the pool area and Lanai Deck Rooms open onto the 5th floor sundeck. 


Mix Restaurant (organic dining for breakfast and dinner), Food Court (choice of food, open for lunch and dinner), Pool Bar & Grill (May– Sep), Starbucks®. Mix Lounge (for light bites for lunch and signature drinks). Outdoor family pool. Self-Parking is $39 + tax/ day, Valet parking is $49 plus tax/ day. Paid locally, subject to change

Stayed two nights in a beautiful newly refurbished Disney View with 2 Queens. The rooms are very spacious. We could see the Disneyland fireworks and World of Color right from our room! We loved having Starbucks in the lobby and stopped there for breakfast and a coffee. Even though the hotel was currently under refurbishment we still enjoyed our stay and look forward to see it completed next year! Read less

Had the chance to stay in the newly renovated rooms and loved it. It was clean, bright and homey. Comes with a mini fridge. Breakfast at Mix was delicious. I had the parfait, Mickey Waffles, and chilaquiles. I recommend dining here. Construction is ongoing, but it's still easy to walk around the property. There are tons of shops for snacks,… Read more

There are tons of shops for snacks, essentials, and souvenirs. There is a food corner like a tiny food court and Starbucks right in the lobby itself. FedEx is available around the corner from the lobby. The gym is huge and the pool is heated with whirlpools and a water play area available. Read less

Terrible experience. We got there to find the hotel was under construction. This included the entire lobby, check in, customer service, and the patio area outside our room. Terrible experience. We got there to find the hotel was under construction. This included the entire lobby, check in, customer service, and the patio area outside our room. Because of this, we were woken up every day between 6-7am by construction noise. The bathtub looked older than the hotel itself. One night, they turned the water off at 11pm, and said it wouldn't be until 6am. This is a hotel next to a theme park that closes at 12 midnight, and also caters to business travelers who are sometimes up to shower before 6am! It would have been better to turn the water off from 11AM-6PM. Also, as they messed with the water, it sounded like they were turning it on and off, and noises from the pipes were going on all night. When I asked about this, no employee or manager seemed to care, with some going as far to just tell me it's not their fault and blow me off. Will never stay here again. Read less

DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL LATE 2025!!!!! This 4 night stay has been the second worst hotel experience of my life. I understand they are under renovation, but O. M. G., this has been HORRIBLE. I had to switch rooms twice and the third room they put me in is directly under a construction zone, so there is absolutely no way to rest or work here… Read more
DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL LATE 2025!!!!! This 4 night stay has been the second worst hotel experience of my life. I understand they are under renovation, but O. M. G., this has been HORRIBLE. I had to switch rooms twice and the third room they put me in is directly under a construction zone, so there is absolutely no way to rest or work here after 8 am. The first room was very noisy in the afternoon and I knew I would need to rest or work during some portions of the day, so I requested to be moved. The second room smelled so terribly of mold and/or smoke, I politely requested to move again. The third room smelled fine, but last night I realized the hearing does not work (only blows freezing cold air) and this morning I was harshly awakened at 8 am by the construction noise. I would ask to move again, but why? All the rooms are dated and in need of repair (ex: stained furniture, cracked mirror, broken soap dispenser, dingy curtains) , the halls and carpet are dank and dirty, the fitness room smells like mold, and the lobby is a hot and noisy mess from the construction. Hilton is typically a reliable brand, but this property is more like a Motel Six. Save yourself the headache (literally!!) and avoid staying here until after the renovation is complete . The Marriott or Sheraton next door are much better options. Read less

This establishment has an outstanding gym and workout facilities. Its situated in a prime location to local attractions and activities. There is a starbucks in main lobby. And most importantly, the staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
