Nice hotel very conveniently located. We stayed because we attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. So convenient that we actually walked back after!
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were very good as well.
This hotel will definitely be in our rotation!

Champagne was not offered - we had to go back later and ask about it. I was charged 13 USD for the one bottle of water I drank at my room - I asked in writing about the free bottles of water and I received no response back from the hotel. There was a taxi advertised at the front desk but it was not only paid, it was more expensive than Uber.
While making a reservation, I requested a quiet room. I was given a room above the club, which pulsed till 2am with music. My colleague got a quiet room. Overall the impression of the hotel was much worse than I expected from the pricetag and the reviews.

Room full of mosquitoes and rude staff.Don't take gallery room , you pay more and they ask you not to open due to mosquitoes and the staff will give you swatter in the room to kill mosquitoes and answerto you that mosquitoes are everywhere in California

Outstanding from start to finish. I arrived very early and was offered full use of the spectacular rooftop and had a nice meal while I was waiting for my room, which they expedited. Amenities and little touches were fantastic. Made me feel very VIP.
