They run the AC while keeping the front doors wide open and running a gas fire inside all day. We didn’t have towels for our four indicates guests three nights out of four, and the front desk wouldn’t typically answer the phone for several attempts (or sometimes at all). Sometimes I had to go down and ask hours later again. The upgrade they wanted to give me was to a smaller room. The large room I paid for didn’t have hangers or such for four people. Finally, watch out for the fees they tack on. The total came out to 70% more than the price quoted at the reservation with no room service or optional fees. Read less

Gregory the hotel check-in guy was awesome very friendly, super nice very friendly and helpful and hooked us up and gave us a great deal. He should get a raise. He even gave me a coupon to get 15% off my meal and he called it a present which was very nice.
