We stayed 2 nights at Le Meridien Delfina. Very disappointed with the hotel. The lobby was nice, the rooms not that great. The photos's they provide do not really represent the room. The tub was not operational for a bath. The drain stopper was wrong size. The balcony ( small with rust ) was missing a screen door. So we weren't able to enjoy… Read more
We stayed 2 nights at Le Meridien Delfina. Very disappointed with the hotel. The lobby was nice, the rooms not that great. The photos's they provide do not really represent the room. The tub was not operational for a bath. The drain stopper was wrong size. The balcony ( small with rust ) was missing a screen door. So we weren't able to enjoy the evening breezes ( we let the staff know but nothing was done). The furniture looked like it was from a Motel 6. The desk chair was old, worn, and vinyl was worn off. Paint chips on the doors. Is this what they consider a quality hotel? Read less

It wasn’t really a case of anything being wrong with the place, but there wasn’t really too much right with it. To be fair it is in the process of changing from the Meridien to a Hyatt Centric, but I still wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of other more attractive choices.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating It was our first time coming to LA. Overall. It was a good experience and a great memory for us. We will come back again

Concierge Hugo was so helpful and nice to us. We are so happy to meet with him. The Hotel was good but when we were doing reservation they didn’t mention about extra charges so we had to pay more money than we planned. And the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn‘t sleep. But overall it was okay.

He came to my rescue and helped my get into the hotel wifi so I could order my Uber and get to an important appointment. He was patient, helpful, very friendly and was entirely focused on his guests in the hotel. I also want to call out the wait staff in the restaurant that served my wife and I lunch and breakast each day. Atilano/Carlos/Melvin/ were 4 names that i was able to get that exemplified the spirit of customer service. Great work to the front line workers at the Delfina!!! Read less

The staff were amazing, efficient and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds. It has a lovely gym and pool area to relax and did I say how great the staff were!! So welcoming, friendly and put us at our ease. A special thank you to Hugo the concierge who went out of his way to look after us during our stay. Such a memorable experience. Read less
