The SHORE engineered the hotel so many can enjoy the beautiful view! The hot tub is great, pool is heated, and the rooms are quite with balconies! Great service, even bringing truffles for my daughter's birthday. :) WORTH the parking. Fantastic service and smiles all around. HIGHLY recommend. My husband and I visited The Shore for a 4 day getaway to Santa Monica and our experience was amazing. The second we walked in we were greeted by the front desk staff Ramon who was clearly passionate about his job. Ramon continued to connect with us throughout the stay and provide emails with tips and highlights of the area. The room was amazing and comfortable. Each morning we enjoyed a coffee in the hot tub downstairs and breakfast. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better as well. We will be back! he location of the hotel is perfect. Just one block from the pier and many very good restaurants around. The service was of a high level. What I didn't like very much was having to pay for parking if we are guests. The welcome, chekin and recommendations from Ramón Jiménez Bravo at de front desk was great!
