The room was lovely with a great view of the Sunset Strip. All of the staff from the check-in, valet and restaurant were welcoming and efficient. We loved the bed and the pillows were fabulous! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and the location was perfect as we attended a show at the Comedy Store which is steps away from the hotel!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's amenities, such as the rooftop pool and bar, were top-notch and offered breathtaking views of the city.
One thing to note is that the rooftop bar closes around 9 PM, which might be earlier than some people expect. Overall, the Andaz West Hollywood is a great place to stay.
