The Hyatt Regency Hotel exceeded my expectations with its immaculate rooms and the most comfortable down feather pillows. My absolute favorite features are the sauna and the relaxing outdoor fire pit area. And, of course, I love the coffee shop in the lobby.

Nicely remodeled lobby, but rooms are somewhat dated. Zero counter space in very small bathroom. Not actually dirty, but also could have been cleaner. Room location was not as expected, little help from staff on moving. It was nice, but could have been really nice :)

It was a short family trip, we stayed there for just one night but would definitely go back, whenever we have a chance for a longer stay. We had a great experience. The staff was very nice and supportive, they had multiple things for kids not to get bored. The room was nice and clean.

Hyatt at Del Monte was a luxurious treat. The lobby and amenities right when you walk in are automatically amazing and then the room itself was so plush and comfortable. I’m not typically a stay at the hotel and do nothing type person but I would be if I could stay at this one every time. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the surroundings were above what we expected - fire pits and comfy deck seating outside, indoor fireplaces and lounge area, and the hammock garden were all unexpected and fun. Spa Adeline was also amazing. The service was a great reset from our day to day and so worth the cost. Our 60 minute couples massage ended up being a highlight of the trip and was very relaxing. Stefanie and Claire were excellent massage therapists and the spa amenities were also great! All in all, could not recommend more highly and we will definitely be back. Read less
