We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great value option in a good location. The lobby is nice and welcoming, and there’s ample parking available, although it is paid which in our opinion is poor for the size of the property and the fact you are in a desert, not downtown in a city somewhere. The suite room was very large and modern, featuring separate living and kitchen areas, a good-sized bathroom, and dedicated bedroom, and a balcony with seating. The room was well-equipped with amenities including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. There were also two 65” TVs which was impressive! The room was well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel boasts numerous pools, including one with a slide, a quiet pool, and a pool with bar and café. Mobile ordering is available everywhere, which is very convenient. There’s also a small shop onsite that serves Starbucks, and pool service is provided although only in the one pool with the bar, it would be good if this was expanded to the other pools. Whilst there were no freebies or happy hours, which is something we’ve experienced at other Westin resorts, the comfortable premium pool furniture, plenty of towels, and water stations were nice additions. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. There is an onsite restaurant/bar which we didn’t try out on this trip. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and value. Read less

Excellent short stay. The Villa is clean, modern and quiet. Nice large bathroom. My request for a top floor, golf course view was honored. Large, private patio. The big pool was relaxing. The resident duck at the pool was entertaining. Easy in and out of the resort. No high-pressure sales for vacation club. Fantastic location for visiting Palm… Read more

I stayed here for business and, despite the construction, this place is beautiful and should be more so when I return. The grounds are clean and the customer service is second to none. When I called the front desk and asked where I can find bottled water, they responded by having someone drop off a few bottles at my door. I will be back to play… Read more

I’ve stayed at a lot of places in the Palm Springs/Desert area for decades and this was one of the worst trips I’ve experienced! We were assigned to building 6 room 6308…across from the adult pool which was unfortunately closed and under construction…that was our view from our balcony which was a nice size but not a great view to look at while sitting out there. The room was lovely and well furnished…. Everything looked clean and newer and the one bedroom villa had evening we needed for our 5 night stay. It has a kitchenette and nice furnishings but it was very very dark…only 2 little windows in the living room and a slider that goes out to the balcony with a large covered patio which was nice and large but unfortunately didn’t have a great view due to the closed pool under construction . The bed was very comfortable and we would have slept well except we were woken up the first two days of our trip by jackhammers than started around 8am (Thursday and Friday). I don’t understand how a hotel could have guests stay while construction noises are going on…if we were told this, we would not have stayed here…who wants to go on a relaxing vacation only to be awoken by construction noise!!! There was also a very annoying whirring sound going off all night….at first I thought it was the A//C but it ran continuously even when the A/C was off…I’m not sure what it was but were on the third floor of building 6…the top floor..it sounded like a fan blowing on the roof but I’m not sure what it was but it kept us up and prevented a deep sleep!!💤 On top of this we weren’t informed that the adult pool was closed which is where my husband and I like to spend our days while on vacation….away from noisy kids and splashing while we’re on vacation….we had to go to one of the two other pools which were very crowded, full of kids and noise and not relaxing at all!!! The other thing that’s really upsetting is having to check out by 10am…my husband and I are both night owls so early rising, especially while on a vacation is a HUGE bummer!! Needless to say our trip was ruined and we felt like we both needed another vacation after this trip and will never be staying here again. this turned out to be one of our worst trips ever at any hotel and a very disappointing experience. I really enjoyed this place. The rooms were very nice and clean, well layed out. I highly recommend this place. We came during the hot spell. The mornings and evenings were very nice in terms of weather. Food at the Agave was very very good! The staff is very pleasant and welcoming.
