Hotel does not clean the rooms on a daily basis and no one informed me before reservation nor I was informed by staff during checking. I asked for an extra pillow at 11:25pm it took 2 hours. Beach is not as close as they say. 15 min by car. No Restaurant!

We stayed for one night in our road trip. The hotel is a construction site. We need two rooms as we’re family with kids, the rooms were very far from each other in completely two separate floors. I am Hilton honors since quite long time and I didn’t like the room allocation. The construction is in every place in the hotel. They should close it… Read more

Lots of parking even when we arrived late at night. Which is always a worry when we do our long roadtrips. I think they’re renovating. Rooms were nice, clean, and big! The hotel is currently being renovated so I would avoid. No discount for lack of facilities or disruption. The pool overlooks a load of containers, the breakfast room was a mess when we arrived with cereal dispensers covered in dust. By the morning it had been tided but not fully. There are workmen everywhere. No on site restaurant or anywhere to… Read more

The pool overlooks a load of containers, the breakfast room was a mess when we arrived with cereal dispensers covered in dust. By the morning it had been tided but not fully. There are workmen everywhere. No on site restaurant or anywhere to sit. Service was very poor - they really could not care. The rooms once done are big and comfy so I am sure when finished it will be a good hotel but not at the moment Read less

Do not stay here. The hotel is currently under construction and although there are signs up saying that the third floor is out of bounds, we were staying on the third floor. Disappointed to have scenes of construction everywhere. We were also surprised not to have a safety box in the room - something I’d expect of any Hilton. The positives -… Read more
