Checking in felt like I was inconveniencing the employee. Not a very friendly encounter. They also didn’t care to mention any amenities the hotel had. Once in my room, I found an open bag of cookies as well as empty gum wrappers throughout. I will not be returning. Overall disappointed.

Unfortunately during my stay both the hot water was not working and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were not proactive about this and didn't bother reaching out about the issue. When I requested to be moved to another Hyatt property for the remainder of my stay, I was told to "deal with it". After my stay I never received any… Read more
Unfortunately during my stay both the hot water was not working and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were not proactive about this and didn't bother reaching out about the issue. When I requested to be moved to another Hyatt property for the remainder of my stay, I was told to "deal with it". After my stay I never received any communication from the hotel leadership apologizing for the issues. The redeeming quality was the breakfast and the wait staff who were very kind. Read less

Wonderful hotel and staff. Upscale and loved the rooftop bar! The room was super clean and they gave me a choice to upgrade for a minimal price. Only issue was parking price $65 is insane but I paid anyway. That would be the deciding factor on returning.

Good location for center of city options. Room was small but efficient use of space. Rooftop was really nice and service good, just wish food had been a bit better. They've done a good job of soundproofing the rooms. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Hotel is very trendy and great rooms! I had asked for a tub prior to arrival(we were in a suite) and they acknowledged and delivered at check in which was a nice surprise. Huge tub and shower. Nicely appointed room albeit a bit of a walk to convention.
