Great experience! Friendly staff! Great room! My husband and I celebrated my birthday in the Woodstock Room! Fantastic couples room! Everything was walking distance. We had such an amazing anytime! Thank you!

I would have given the hotel a 10, because of location and the experience I had while checking in. During registration, I requested no housekeeping unless requested. I requested housekeeping once. Upon my return two days later, housekeeping entered my room again without permission. Made up our bed with the same sheets. All our belongings were on… Read more
I would have given the hotel a 10, because of location and the experience I had while checking in. During registration, I requested no housekeeping unless requested. I requested housekeeping once. Upon my return two days later, housekeeping entered my room again without permission. Made up our bed with the same sheets. All our belongings were on the floor including my sleep eye mask. We were given new towels with some dirty towels left behind. At the end of one of the pool parties, one of your security guards harassed my son as he was entering the hotel. Other guest were entering with a bracelet, however he deemed it necessary to stop my son and ask to see a room key before he entered. During checkout, I mentioned the issue with housekeeping. He stated, "Let me see what I can do", and then went on break. I ended up checking out with someone else that said, " I am not sure what he told you, but we can only offer our apologies." I just left. I didn't have time to debate. I knew I would just leave reviews of my experience on the main platforms. Giving the hotel a 7, gracious, and only because of my check-in experience and location. Read less

Great location for Gaslamp District, Balboa Park and Zoo, Coronado Island. Staff top-notch. Hip hotel.

Although my room faced Petco Field, it wasn't all that bad. I did hear that the people on the other side of the hotel had to deal with the pool parties on Saturday and Sunday.
