My daughter had her Sweet 16 birthday slumber party here. Everything was terrific, the rooms were nice and clean, the pool and cabanas were great. But the best thing was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, especially the people at the front desk. In particular, Emma. She went above and beyond to get us in the correct rooms and checked us in 3 hours early so we could begin the birthday festivities right away. I had to go down to the front desk for a variety of reasons in the courese of the weekend and she couldn't have been more helpful and kind.
The kids hung out at the pool during the day and the bartender and cabana wait staff couldn't have been nicer. Accomodating their endless requests for French fries and Dr. Peppers.
Everyone from the valets to the cleaning staff was extremely nice!
We had a wonderful stay!

Warning, the beds are only 1 foot off the floor and the water is scalding Hot.
Pour hot water in the coffee maker. You will have coffee in seconds instead of minutes.
The service is excellent and goes far beyond expectations.
Restaurant Staff and Bar Tenders are courteous and friendly.

Nothing open…What’s the point of staying in a Hard Rock Hotel!

We arrived at this hotel wanting to stay one more night in the City before returning home and found everything in the hotel was closed for no reason. Imagine staying at a Hard Rock and no bar or restaurant is open! What’s the point! The staff gave no reasonable explanation. My advice - don’t bother with this hotel.
The worst experience with a hotel

The worst hotel ever. Food and was awful. Lobby staff unwillinv to help and there was a loud party at the hotel until 3 am and nobodytold us about it before we booked the hotel. Thet gave us a room which had a view to party venue so the sound of music was too loud and we could not sleep at night.
